Everyone who's been doing some bounty hunting knows what a mess the place is. This is not concerning blanket bounties, but those individual bounties.

Right now there is no format whatsoever and in some cases there some of the vital information is missing. So I suggest we ENFORCE something like this to be used for a bounty to be valid. (In meantime when we hopefully get a flhooked bounty system).

The "rigid" format achieves these objectives. At first glance people know the ID, name and how much for a wanted person. I know there are a lot of well written RP like bounties, but even those can be very befuddling at times when you need to search for all the relevant information. And I don't mind if there are some details missing like the ship type or so.

Also this achieves more chances people actually going after the bounty you just placed!

The wording is just an example, but the more relevant info in the title and topic description, the better. Please feel free to modify and suggest the template

This shouldn't be enforced, it should be given as a choice.

Add an area for information regarding its loadout - weapons, shield, armour, etc...

Sometimes that can be very important, especially when you're going after ships bigger than fighters.

Use this this template when placing bounties if you want. You don't need to fill all the info if you don't know e.g the armament of the target, but more the better. I would say all the asterisk marked are obligatory info. This is a suitable template for specific bounties, so this does not concern blanket bounties.

Using this template does not mean that you need to throw away the RP and your imagination. It just gives you the idea what is required to place a bounty that has all the essentials and makes people looking for work to quickly see if the guys is on the list. Personally I consider the most important bits to be Topic Title and Topic description and having the ID in the topic attracts the right people who might fulfill your bounty to your thread.

It would be greatly appreciated if the bounty you have placed and someone has fulfilled, you would edit the topic Description to read -CLOSED- so no-one wastes any time on it anymore. You can edit the description by editing your 1st post even after the thread has gotten replies.
