Name:Jacob Keller Age:Unknown Hair Color:Unknown Eye Color:Unknown Birthplace:Unknown Profession: Current Commander of the Children of Conviction
Details
Jacob Keller's only known existence is his known mercenary work both from before the Children of Conviction and after. His face is unknown, as is his past. The only known records of his existence were once stationed inside a secure and classified Liberty vault somewhere in the Alaska system. However, two years ago these files went missing and were later discovered to have been deleted by someone remaining unknown.
Why Jacob Keller's past was logged in classified LSF and Navy computer systems is unknown, but the Liberty government is remaining tight lipped about the reasons. Jacob Keller is considered to be a priority target by all militaries and is wanted on many crimes. However, because the man always wears an advanced suit of armor and a helmet to cover his identity, his capture has been very difficult. Those that follow him give their lives to protect him.
Anyone seeing Jacob Keller's ship or any other CoC member are to report them immediately to the Liberty government.

Search:Quinn, Victoria One Result Found. List result?:Y
Name:Victoria Adrian Quinn Age:27 Hair Color:Black Eye Color:Blue Birthplace:Planet Houston, Texas - Liberty Profession:Captain of the Children of Conviction
Details
Victoria Adrian Quinn was born in Texas, 10 years before the Nomads came to Sirius in force. Her father was a druggie and her mother a prostitute. She never found drugs very appealing nor did she appreciate her mother's line of work, so she learned to fend for herself at a young age. Her mother was never around and her father always looking for his next fix, she had to survive in the harsh environment of the more poor districts of Houston.
On her 14th birthday while at a shop in downtown Houston, a Naval officer, intoxicated from his shore leave, attempted to have his way with the girl. However, the Naval officer tried to have his way with the wrong girl. Victoria had recently acquired an old projectile weapon from a merchant a few days before and had already managed to get the ammo for the clip. When the officer tried to rape her, she fired two shots into his more private areas. The officer bled to death on the street and Victoria was arrested for the murder of a Naval Officer in the Liberty Navy. Her story was considered a lie, the authorities claiming that a Naval officer would never commit such an atrocity. She was convicted as an adult because of the heinous crime, and locked up on Sugarland. She spent the next 10 years in prison. As time went on, she learned to defend herself from the swine aboard the station. She learned more moves to defend herself, and eventually became the self-appointed "Queen" of Sugarland.
It was during this time of her "reign" that a man in armor came to the station, calling himself Jacob Keller. He and his vessel, named The Smilodon, stormed the station and killed the guards with ease. The man stood atop the center-piece calling for those who would aid a group named the "Children of Conviction", an unlawful mercenary group dedicated to toppling the house governments and being the hand of havoc for the pirate factions of Sirius.
While Victoria enjoyed her reign over the other prisoners aboard Sugarland, she knew she couldn't stay there any longer, a new opportunity had come and knocked on her door. She was the first to step towards Keller and bow her head, indicating her wish to join the mercs. After she had, a majority of the other prisoners followed her. The men and women left the prison on the Slave Liner, destined to return to Coronado, destined to return home.
Many rumors have surfaced about Victoria, one of the biggest ones being the lover of Jacob Keller, and the only person currently alive to have ever seen the man without the helmet or armor. However, these rumors have long sense been put to the ground after a recent man amongst the CoC went missing when spreading this rumor to the other men. No one has spoken of it sense.
Now, a captain for the Children of Conviction, she commands The Smilodon when Jacob is not present, and often pilots the ship by her own command even when he is around. Victoria Quinn is a dangerous woman, and should be approached with caution.

I've had this log for this long and I've never used it. Can't say I'm not entirely surprised, I'm not much of a talker.
My ships IFF is finally configured correctly after me and several other CoC members tinkered with it long enough. Seems the person I bought this ship from wasn't entirely honest with me. Guess I'll have to wait for him to piss off the wrong person down the road and take care of him myself.
Tomorrow begins the big day when everyone's ship is ready to head back out into Sirius and finally get this organization back on it's feet after having a slug as the leader for so long. Seems he "lost his way" shortly after the raid on Yanagi 30 years ago. Well, now that we have him out of the way and his supporters, maybe we can get things back on track.
I have arranged for the billions of credits remaining in the bank to be liquidated into more...progressive avenues. I'm going to be getting in contact with several people over the next few weeks, and I hope this research pays off. Else the billions of credits that were left over in the bank will be mighty hard to re-earn. After all, that goals I wish to reach aren't easily attainable, but they are attainable nonetheless.

Interesting...day.
Discovered a Zoner Jinkusu floating in the Barrier Cloud. Thank fully I found it before the Joker did. He's not bad business for me, but I wonder what would have happened if he'd gotten a hold of it first. No doubt wreaked some havoc on the poor unknowing Zoners in the system over that's for sure. Maybe I should have let him fly it for a while...cause some havoc in Baffin. Ah well, then he may not have wanted to part with it.
I managed to pawn it off on another party for a cool 700 million credits.
Shortly there after, we discovered the ships partner. A Corvo, cruiser class. We've got plans to sell that as well, but maybe we could have a use for this ship...I think we'll keep it stashed somewhere in Sirius for a later use. Maybe as a mobile base of sorts.
Not bad for the first day in action. Wonder what other secrets this cloud has to offer?

First test run of "The Sacrilegious" was today just outside the station. The small Zoner gunboat is nimble and quick and the storage capabilities are impressive to say the least. The defensive capabilities of the ship, if needed, aren't that bad either. The test flight went well, and the ship is now re-moored at the station.
I'm still fully expecting to locate another ship, somewhere in this cloud. We're still picking up a low frequency electromagnetic pulse from somewhere in the cloud. Though, we can't pick up the exact location because of all the ice crystals scattering the source three ways from sunday. I say, give us a few weeks, and we'll find it.

After a few more runs of the Zoner gunboat, the entire damned thing shorted out and killed one of my men in space. Vented atmosphere, sparked, flew erratically afterward when the electronic equipment went all haywire. The works. We've decided to scrap the gunboat for now, we're going to be selling it off to a Zoner who may have use of it. Seems our recent trade in the Zoner market is pretty good considering. Maybe I should take up a position as a black market gun and ship runner.
Eh?
On to other business. We're still looking for this signal that's being scattered throughout the cloud. People in the bar are saying it's an old Outcast ship that was shipping cargo through the system and lost it's way somehow. They say the Outcasts are remaining tight lipped about what it was carrying. But that's not it, I've already discovered that ship weeks ago. There's something else out here, and I swear I catch glimpses of it out of the corner of my eye when an electric discharge happens within the cloud, but maybe I'm going crazy.
I keep swearing I see a battlecruiser.
Ah, anyway. Regardless, I'm going to put this ship up on the boards for someone to snatch up then I think I'm going to go find something else to do. Maybe I'll look at the bounty board and see what fun I can have.

We seem to have found our prize.
A Sorta Outcast Cruiser transmitting device that somehow got into the field. Which leads me to believe that there may be one of them floating derelict in the field, somewhere. I can only hope...
Also, it seems as if nobody wants the ship that we're selling. Not sure what else to do with it besides hand it over for free to some uppity Zoner. I'm not in the mood for giving anything away at this rate, the damn thing was to expensive to outfit in the first place. Someone's going to have to buy it even if I have to scream over comms...not really.

Still no sign of any ships in the barrier cloud. I suppose maybe we should be looking elsewhere for something that can store our armor, ships, and weapons. I'm thinking I'll start searching other scrap fields for other ships. Our friend Johnathan Hatcher, captain of a Junker Salvager and rather funny man, offered to search fields that he scraps in for any kind of ship that he can get us. Lets hope he comes through.
The Joker seems to have taken a liking to us, but not enough to offer us any kind of contract to assist him on his bouts into any of house space. Perhaps I should remind him of the offer, see if we can't get in on some of the action. He does seem to be causing quite a problem for them, after all. But in doing that it poses the possibility of the Outcasts not taking a liking to us for siding with someone they obviously want out of the picture.
Some decisions on this will need to be thought about carefully before I go ahead with it. One mis-step and it can all be thrown into chaos.

It's been a while, I've gotten a bit ahead of myself. I guess you could say I've been a busy man these past few weeks.
We discovered our prize, a Slave Liner that had been left adrift for who knows how long. Johnathan helped us find it in the cloud and towed it back to us. Sold it over for 200 million credits, which wasn't a bad price considering. Hatcher is a shrewd business man...never underestimate a Junker.
Took us a few weeks, but we got the ship up and on it's feet with my trusted Captain Quinn at the help piloting it. Many of the crew are happy it's her instead of Petrov, seeing him fly a heavy fighter is enough of a frightening experience, much less him flying a moving brick like the Smilodon. Though, she's a mean woman and pretty crazy, so they may regret being thankful it was her instead of him.
That and she's pretty wild in the sack too...heh-heh.

Another day aboard the Smilodon. Another day gone. I'm starting to wonder if Jacob has any other use for me than flying this big ol' tin can around. I mean, I know the OTHER thing, but whatever. That's just every once and a while...not like we're really a couple.
The ships been having issues lately and Jacob had to go into deep space so I guess that I'll be left in charge of the ship for a while. But when he came back he said I wasn't. Go figure. Oh well, guess I'll just see what's going on in Liberty...I've heard we stirred some sh*t there earlier. Maybe I'll have to check it out.
