So I have been receiving complaints from several sources about one disturbing thing.
Apparently, people are using underlevel people in starfleas to scout the miners out.
I'll tell you something, its AGAINST THE RULES. It really is. It's against the rule 0.0

If you want, send a frikkin camera ship above level 30, send a zoner juggernaut to scout, as long as it is killable!
Because you're crippling people's play. no mater if they're powerminers or not.

As for you that get crippled like this: It's your fault you're not reporting it.

Surely in role-play mining companies would have scouts to check the area is clear before sending hundreds of millions of credits worth of equipment into the field.

But using underlevel starfliers is just... *tuts*. I think this is another reason why the mining fields in Penny should be useless to miners. Like Omega-49.

Aye aye sir! I told them to collect the evidence in future, because a starflea has nothing to do in mining field if its under level 30.

There was once an underlevel civilian in Kusari relaying QCP movements to the Kusari lawful forces over system comms, after being repeatedly told to leave, and that he'd be shot if he didn't.

Kusari forces arrived, battle ensued. Unfortunately the civilian was caught in the crossfire by a few stray shots from a Bretonian gunboat.
