Have you ever docked from a Freeport only to find an NPC ganksquad waiting for you every time you undock? You want to RP with the local Zoner there, but your shields are dropping fast, and to return fire on the NPCs would be to violate the NFZ.
Is there any way to make NPCs behave Neutrally while at Freeports, or maybe just remove all non-Zoner NPCs within a Freeport NFZ?
Would a Zoner really yell at you for killing NPCs? They just get in the way in some RP-areas, like this one.
While this would be fixable by removing the patrol paths from around every Zoner Freeport, I'm pretty sure that that would be more work than it's worth.
Well, if you're in anything smaller than a transport, you can always
/stuck yourself inside one of the hangers, cause I doubt that if the Zoner wants to RP with you, they're going to get mad at you for avoiding the NPCs.

Nope.
Most Zoners will either ignore it or go along with the rule that the person who started the fight may be blasted by anyone. In this case, the NPCs started the fight.
We occassionally run into issues out in Delta, where those level 17 and 18 Titans ARE a threat to a battlecruiser. And if I'm in something smaller, I have a real quick tendency to dock and continue to RP from inside the hanger of FP11.
