Porsche has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 21/12 for:

6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Consequences: No guns or credits empty hold and a blotted copybook as far as we are concerned

Notes: No. Pirating with a miner ID is not allowed. "munny" is hardly a demand and not entirely specific as to whether or not you want it or are just saying it to spark a conversation. Plus he was a rank 36 recruit ID'd wrath with no tag. I was going to turn your ship into something that would have been better named "Lada" but I was told to be nice.
