Hello. My name is Esther Carson, and I represent a group of Bounty Hunters that works for our mutual advantage. Over time, our enemies have come to call us "the Pack", a name which we have adopted. We work, quite simply, "with the grim efficiency of wolves."
I'll cut to the chase. We're trying to secure a few specialized contracts. I understand that the GMG is a corporation like no other, and therefore has needs like no other. You're widely-renowned as the group that brought the entire Rheinland war machine to a screeching halt a few hundred years ago, and I can respect that. I'm coming to your organization first, trying to establish a working relationship that is mutually beneficial.
First, I understand that you offer bonuses on your blanket bounties. It also increases the scope of area which we can collect.
Second, I couldn't help but notice that you have a bounty out on two rogue GMG bombers. I've been keeping my eye out, but thusfar haven't gotten close to them. I'll work to the best of my ability to catch and bring them down, however, I had an idea. We can have an arrangement wherein any non-GMG and non-approved GMG bombers (and fighters, if you want) will be "taken care of". Rest assured full proof would be offered that the ships are being used in a way that could only be the result of theft.
Third, you can trust us to deal with any other miscreants that trouble your honorable faction. Simply name them and we will hunt them down.
Also, I'm curious if the restriction on BHG could be lifted on us. We only own two Orcas. Either way, we're good. I look forward to doing business with you. For further information, see here
Your transmission has been received by the GMG Executive Offices on Niigata Station. The Board of Executives will discuss your proposition at the next meeting. After an agreement has been reached, a Guild Master will contact you in this channel.

Konichiwa Esther-chan,
I am glad you contacted us and I can assure you that our board room is seeing some heavy use over this. Your timing is fortuitous and in our need for a group of your services we will push this along fairly quick for you. Yes we are in agreement that the ship restriction can be lifted for your group to allow the use of your Orcas. We are currently reaching critical points in key develpments in our enterprises, this along with the fact that we are currently commited to a battlefront of a Hispanic Nation over territory in Omicron Beta. We find ourselves leaving holes that opportunistic pirates have begun to exploit.
We'll provide this for now to quicken things up for you and your wingmen. Our board will continue to discuss our bounty board as a whole with a potentially more lucrative incentive that can be provided for you. As our meticulous adminsitration would have a stroke over tiny details, can we be provided with a name your group would like to be known as by GMG? Or will The Pack suffice? Everything's paperwork for our poor administrators. If you have your proven BHG papers and proofs of liscencing then we can assume that your group is legit and proprietary information such as numbers, pilots and ships doesn't need to be recorded. We understand security measures ourselves.
If you wish to help in dealing with those who'd misuse our beloved ships than I am most certainly positive that a more permanant and convenient arrangement can be made. This is one of the major topics on the board table right now as we've been looking for a solution to what can best be called Shinobi, for lack of a better term. These Shinobi sully our image and handsome rewards can be worked out for the active hunt in revealing and punishing any Shinobi you find.
We'll continue to discuss what can be proposed and will contact shortly afterwards. In the meantime, arigato for your interest and have safe flights.

Thank you for the speedy reply. If it is alright with you, I will move the Wayward Wolf to a base of your choosing, and perhaps we could continue these talks in person...? I was already in New Berlin hunting down some impudent Junker, and it is much more convenient.
Konnichiwa, I am Guild Master Azuki Tamagochi. Shold you meet me in person I shall be commanding the GMG|GTS-Abashiri.
I am pleased to authorise you and your men permanent mooring facilities at Aomori Station, with ad-hoc docking rights at our other bases.
Aomori is best suited for handling larger vessels, and during the troubles of old Sigma-13 we wouls always direct capital-class vessel to that installation.
Aomori is also at the strategic heart of our operations - with the best access to Okinawa, as well as the Sigmas.
Be advised though, only the space around Aomori is sovereign to us. Whilst travelling to the Sigma-13 gate via Akita Border Station you will be, like us, under Kusari Jurisdiction. We run shared patrols out to the Sigma-13 gate, but we defer to the local authorities when they are present.
The Wayward Wolf set down on Aomori flashing emergency lights. It was an Orca-class Hunter gunboat, and as soon as the moorings were set a crowd of GMG pilots shuffled off; near 160 in all. Deckhands working the docks of the station were shocked. When the crowd had dispersed into the station, Esther Carson stepped off while whistling a merry tune. It had been one helluva lucky meeting: an Outcast gunboat full of GMG pods who was almost too inept to have managed anything of the sort.
She wandered over to the bounty office to file for payment in person, rather than over communication channels, and then waited for her meeting with the GMG higher-ups.
