Bought it 2 days ago, played it non stop. Just finished both the Na'Vi and the RDA campaign. Quite some difference. One is all 'PURGE THE XENO' like, the other is more ninja style. Thank god it had nothing to do with that crappy airbender cartoon thing though.
It had it's small flaws and major win-factors.
Flaws :
Very superficial characters. 'I am.... You must do... Go....' Rather distant, but not hindering.
Whilst the environment looked amazing, the characters could do with some more work.
NO CROUCHING D: This is a major setback when you're trying to be a 2.5Meter tall Ninja.
Win factors :
Keeps you busy.
Nice vehicles/Animals to ride/use/shoot
Great graphics (if your pc can handle it. If not they're meh. )
Overall, I enjoyed it. Going to try the multi player a bit. Seems like your generic Unreal MP kind of thing, but should be interesting on the huge maps.
It's true it doesn't do the movie justice. Simple things like making a connection with the animals you ride or actually capturing your Ikran or that master Ikran thing were left out. Still a fun game though.

That's because, like most movie-based games, they made the thing before the movie was released, and rushed it into retail instead of actually taking the time to perfect it.
I make a point of never buying any video games based on movies, I'll usually rent them just to see if they're worth it, but they never are. I wish these idiot developers would wait until after the movie is released and then take their time making a decent game =/
