---Memo: To all Secondary Fleet Captains---
This is going to be brief so listen up. Captains of any LNS vessel that is not part of the Primary fleet must sign their ship in the Registry. This is mandatory for all no primary fleet captains to have their vessel in the Registry. Vessels that are not is the Registry currently are excepted to put their information in ASAP, until that is doen that vessel is not excepted to be in any engagements.
All warships bearing Liberty Navy Guard, Liberty Security Force Guard and Liberty Police Incorporated Guard identification must be listed at the designated registry. This list will keep the following information:
Identification (Liberty Navy, LSF or LPI)
Name (LNS-Washington, for example)
Warship class (Seige Cruiser, Battlecruiser, and so on)
Exceptions are any warships belonging to the main wings of the Liberty Navy, LSF and LPI. That being the [LN], the =LSF= and the LPI-. The information on those warships will be stored in a more secure location, often with additional tactical data.
This is to better keep everyone informed of the current ships in service. If the information of the ship is here, then investigations do not have to be launched into the origin of the present command of that ship. This registry is meant to save a lot of time in the long run.
The overseer of this registry is the Liberty Marines Captain James Patterson, who himself is currently holding the commission of a heavily modified Liberty Battlecruiser, the Fort Louisbourg.
The deputy overseer of the registry is Liberty Navy Primary Fleet pilot Jack Will, assigned to represent the interests of Fleet Admiral Hale and Central Command. This is also ensign Will's first paper assignment for which he volunteered, and he will be monitored closely for any skills displayed in his new post.
Capital ships of the Liberty forces are not allowed in the hands of those without Liberty Navy or LSF identification papers unless prior permission is given by the High Command of the Liberty Navy. Anybody found to be selling these ships commercially to those not within the Liberty Navy or LSF will face prosecution.
Signed,
Captain Jimmy Patterson, Liberty Capital Ship Registry Head
