Ahoy there gentleman, I would like to ask you two things, and of course what can I do for ye to get it. I would like your permission to let me land on your bases, mostly for repairs and docking somewhere for a job purposes, I assure ye your people never had any trouble with me. Second thing I would like to get me hands on if it is possible would be your lovely Barghest for my personal vessel. I have a similar deal with Mollys but due some things that needed to be done, I had to leave their Bretonia and I am docked at Barrier Gate station right now. So do we have a deal ? I will wait for your response.
Who are you, and who do you work for. Two vital pieces of information you lack. When we know more about who you are, then we can talk. We don't just hand out docking rights, let alone Barghests to any one.

Miss Jones my apologizes for not introducing myself in the message as I never met ye in person. My name is Captain Apache and ye can think of me as a pirate who can get job done. I work for my personal greed, but I never pirate Rogues,Mollys,Outcasts and Hackers, I am trying to make some connection in the "underground" world if ye know what I mean. Maybe ye heard of someone steeling Pirate Transport from Los Angeles, well Miss Jones that would be me and my crew, I think this is a nice information to show ye my way of dealing with things. I like to make trouble to so called lawful part of this beautiful galaxy. So what can good old Apache do for ye ? Need something delivered ? Maybe something personal do to for ye ? I will wait for your response Miss Jones.
Given you asked the Mollys just a few days ago for the same, and they haven't said yes, neither can we. Given you've come running to us because the Mollys haven't said yes, you will be denied docking rights until you have either completed the requirements set for the Mollys or have given up on your quest for a Barghest.
Sylpheed Out.

Running to ye hahaha, well I`ll tell ye what I have my deal opened with Mollys I had to get back for my crew and my ship in your space. And soon as I am in Bretonia I will finish deal with them, but I am still interested in docking rights, so you will let all the scum to land on yer bases that even pirate your boats, and not let a useful allie ? You can contact Mr.Breen if you think I walked away from their deal. But as you wish, when I complete my task for them I will presume I have permission to dock on yer bases. I guess you have more problems than a little old captain Apache to deal with. I won`t bother you anymore.
I don't like your tone, honey. Makes you sound.. pretentious. The fact that you feel the need to ask docking rights makes you mighty suspicious. A useful ally? That's very presumptious of yourself.
So, lets here it, what are you going to do for us?

Well first of all I like yours, nobody called me honey in a long time Miss Jones. Well I am sure as people on that side of a law you give criminals your bases for a shelter. Well let`s say I might have problems with Liberty Police and I could use shelter on your bases sometimes as well. Tell your boss my search for Barghest is over, as he stated until I finish that quest one way or another I won`t get docking rights. Well my main ship is now fully operational and ready to go anywhere across Sirius. I have a big cargo on this baby, question is not what am I going to do for you, but what do you need ? As I stated I can get you stuff around this place, I know people who knows people Miss Jones. So need something delivered or I have my docking rights with this explanation ? *drinking a cup of rum* Well that would be all..
Kid, stop speaking that goddamn gibberish and tell us, plain, simple and outright, how you'll prove sufficiently valuable to us, the Liberty Rogues, in order to be granted docking rights to our lovely, lovely installations instead of being, for example, mugged for your neural net account's access code and shot twice in the stomach in some dank Rochester hallway.
Now... see the thing is, we don't need any thing from you. You're just another worker drone, insignificant. There's nothing particularly special about you that appeals to the Liberty Rogues. You may know people who know people, but we know the people who own them. We're not the biggest pirate organisation in Liberty for nothing.
So unless you've got something particularly of interest you haven't brought to the table yet... I don't really see any reason to deal with you. You want docking rights on our base in exchange for what, exactly.
All right you want it plain and simple, in exchange for my docking right I can get my hands on piece of Liberty Navy technology and bring it to ye. What do you say Miss Jones ? Deal or no deal simple as that.
And tell your boy Ben I don`t like threats actually I don`t like him, does every maggot in your organisation have right to drop in your communication ?
