Semi-urgent: Quote Tags

After being asked to post yet another SRP, for some reason my quote tags are screwing up...

All the quote tags work fine when I delete the last question (what is 2+3), though when I add that question - the preview no longer shows the quote bubble.

/request help.

Maybe its the tag open-closing stuff as in my larger posts.
So make sure your tags close in the opposite way you opened them.

This can mess up entire posts if not followed correctly.
Especialy the alrger ones.

Nah, I always remember that.

I've been trying for awhile now - in fact, the only tags in the entire post are the quote tags - and each one works fine until I add the last one.

Hmm. There is a limit to the number of quote tags allowed in a post. I can't remember what the limit is but I know I've had trouble with it in the past. I just added another field (inside a quotation tag) to the SRP forum today. I guess that could be the problem. I'll will double check.

I think theres a limit to the amount of BBCode a post can support.


I remember Violette cried to me when her SCRA report had too many image-thumbnails and combined with the other BBCoded stuff, it choked.

If you have too many images posted in your post, the BBCode will report you that. Above your previewd topic a message will appear.
Maybe Akurawr is right and it could be too much for the board.
Check it.

Make sure all your quotes are closed off correctly. If even one quote tag is closed incorrectly, then every single quote bubble will fail in your post.

Double check the / is in each ending tag and that they are spelt correctly and enclosed in the correct [ ]

All the quote tags are correct, EVERYTHING works.

Let me rephrase.

I can quote every question until number 10, it all works fine. When I add question 11, the entire quote thing collapses. However, when I just put in question 11, the quote still shows up.
