To whomever it may concern,
I'll keep this brief and simple. Keep your men out of our business, and we'll keep our men out of your space. I don't know where you get the idea that helping a bunch of IMG capitals blockade the hole from Tau 23 into Tau 37 is a good idea, but in case you don't know, it's not. It's bad for our business, and if something is bad for our business it becomes a problem. And problems get solved, if you catch my drift. You wouldn't want us to take an interest in Gallia, would you?
I thought you had a civil war to fight, and committing a gunboat class vessel to such an endeavor seems like a mighty fine waste of resources. Next time he'll be limping home in an escape pod. If we let him.
Is that a threat? If it is please be sure that we will not be afraid of you and your Cartel or what ever it is. I assume that you are member of Outcast community?
We are much appreciated of your concern in our military assets but one wing of fighters and one gunboat is not significant compare to our fleet strength.
I would like to finish this conversation in here. Our task force will continue its mission in Tau23 system!
That all what I had to say to Cartel. This discussion is over!
Au revoir!

A Video Transmission from a Base in Tau-23, a man sitting in a desk, wearing a buisness suit, short blonde hair and ice-blue eys, gazing out at the screen, a Cigar in his right hand as he coldly stares at the screen.
"Very well, a warning has been given, unheeded, therefore we have no alternative in order to save our buisness but to envoke extreme measures." he comments, taking a breath from his Cigar and blowing a cloud of smoke before continuing with a small grin starting to form upon his face.
"Any Council Ship attempting to interrupt Sirus Cartel buisness shall be detroyed or...Punished in any manner we see fit, and that's only what will happen the first time you interfere, next time...We shall hurt your heart." he whispered the last part maliciously before shutting off the transmission, leaving a "TRANSMISSION CUT" signal on their monitors.

To the misguided fools,
I was willing to let bygones be bygones. I was willing to let this insult pass as an aberration. But clearly, you need to learn a lesson, and a painful one at that. So I decided to make my way to Orkney. There, I happened upon one of your Colonels, a Ronald something or other and two of his wingmen. But their names aren't that important. You see, now they have no name. No, they are not dead. They will suffer a fate worse than death.
I took him and his friends to their new home on the fields of Malta. Oh and please don't give me any nonsense about them not co-operating. Our shock collars are very effective. So is cardamine deprivation in our filtered chambers. Oh yes, they are already addicted.
This is your last warning. Stay out of the Taus or your families and your children will end up tilling the fields.
A man appears in the transmission, standard Council uniform, expressionless face. He's slowly clapping his hands.
Oh.Oh.Oh.
Well, bravo, bravo, vraiment.
That is a very subtle way of resolving conflicts.
Really impressive way of proving your point. You must have a degree in diplomacy or something, eh ?
...Right.
This doesn't sound convincing at all.
So let me get to MY point.
We have had a deal with the Colonial Republic.
We are getting along pretty well with the Independent Mining (or was it Miners ?) Group.Or Guild. Peu importe.
But we absolutely hate, resent, scorn, despise anything that relates to that irritating, noisy bunch of trigger-happy dogs.
That's because we indeed don't like being shot at the first encounter.
That behaviour, added to your declarations, indicates the low level of education among your people.
Which is a sad thing indeed.
Now, I'll explain something to you, kids.
You, the Cartel, is that it ?
Yeah. You are part of the Outcasts. We hated you even before we acknowledged your existence.
In the eyes of the Council, you are just another hastily formed assembly of braindead maggots.
You are nothing. We, the Council, are the primary opposition force in Gallia, and are backed by alot of civilians, companies and allies.
Seeking help from Sirrians is essential to us - we can only fight the royals to a standstill. But there's one thing we agree on with them : You.
I'll show you, because I can see that look of emptiness and wonderment in your eyes right from.
"Wot he be sayin' ?"
Look.
The man activates an holoboard and draws something : a bubble, with LC in it.
There, that's us.
He then draws a much smaller bubble, and, in it, a frowning face.
Hmm...How talented I am at drawning...Hmm, bref, that would be you.
He draws arrows from the LC bubble to the other one, then hysterically erases it.
Gnnnnn ! There ! Ah !
You are weak, and we are strong ! Your threats are pathetic, nonsensical and most childish !
An appropriate answer to your completely pointless actions would be to do exactly the same, capture three of your crap-sniffing, mentally challenged comrades and send them to work in our factories !
But we won't do that.First, because I don't want three of these useless monkeys in our beautiful land.
Second, because we have other things to do.
Now, I don't know how you managed to breach every defence that we've set, nor do I care.
We'll continue to respect the lines of our treaty with the most honorable Colonials.
If that implies ruthlessly murdering your kind...
Then I'm fine with that. We're trying to save Sirius from the Royals, but you're not invited to the party.
Quel dommage.
See you in hell, weak minded fools !
The man leaves the area with a scornful, yet proud of himself expression. Then, after a few seconds, comes back and switches off the transmission.

To the blowhard,
Struck a nerve did I? Such a long winded message, yet no substance. Besides your empty threats entertaining me quite a bit there were also your false assumptions. We are not Outcasts. Perhaps you should do your research first, since assumptions make tend to one look like an pack mule. For a man talking about education, you certainly seem to lack it. Unlike you, we took time to research you, and your allies, and we have found you wanting. Only a fool would dispatch a gunboat into an asteroid field. Perhaps you should ask your Colonial friends or the IMG about us. They know us quite well. Quite well indeed.
Now if you'll excuse me, there's a button connected to a certain shock collar that needs pressing. Don't confuse my sadism for ignorance, Gallian, or you will be orphaning many tadpoles.
