[font=Trebuchet Ms]We don't actually run into each other and we didn't share any problems in the past.[color=#33CC00] I'm contacting you regarding one of your products from civilian line - Spatial. [color=#33CC00]I'm aware it is widely available to almost everyone and that people don't actually ask you when buying one, but I wanted to ask you personally if you could allow my Comedy Gang to get few of those. We could get it on black-market but why not go straight to your store? I'm not really sure will my thugs choose to fly one of those, but I just wanna give them more choise.
Will you give me the official approval? Our relations will stay neutral as before and you'd earn some money along the way.

Something tells me that if I say "yes", [color=#33CC00]you'll say "no". But I'll just say "yes" 'cause the Jokey don't like hiding things.
[color=#33CC00]Yes, Asylum is my personal Madhouse. But keep in mind that sometimes, when I'm away, lunatics take control of it and just fly around pretending they're me. That use to happen, but I've given them different doze of medications so now everything is under control. Nowadays they're just fly it sometimes in circles around Barrier. I gotta keep my patients happy, you know. After all, they are... rehabilitating.
What is it? Something happened? Something bad? Or you just need someone imprisoned on my Crazy Boat of Deranged Souls?

[END OF TRANSMISSION]
I have discussed this matter with the other Directors, and I'm going to have to humbly Decline your request to purchase the E78-12 "Spatial" Civilian Deep Space Explorers, or any other ship of ours, for several reasons that come to mind.
The first reason that comes to my mind is: About a month ago or so, I was flying out to Pecos to check on our Mining operations. My route took me past Barrier Gate. I was contacted by someone from your Asylum. I didn't like where the conversation was progressing, so I began to ignore my communications device. Soon after I began ignoring what I heard, whoever it was that was speaking, began to tell me that I needed to come to the Asylum, and that if I didn't come, the Joker's would personally hunt me and my family down and slaughter us all.
Well, naturally, I didn't think much of it. But, regardless, that didn't put your stance with the IMG on a very high level, so to speak.
The second reason that comes to mind is: Lately I have seen reports of your group terrorizing Bretonian space. Well, most of company works in Bretonia, and most of our miners are from Bretonia. Lately, every time I look at the news channels, all I hear about is what the Jokers have been doing in Bretonia. Here for example, as shown on a local news broadcast, your group attacked and killed an Armed Forces Naval Vessel. And we cannot allow our ships to be used against the government we maintain close ties with.
The third reason that comes to mind is: Out here in the Taus, we have enough problems as it is. Outcasts constantly raiding, Blood Dragons and Golden Chrysanthemums always hunting down miners, BMM always trying to gain an upper hand on our economy, and even rogue mining groups making accusations that the IMG cannot support. The last thing we need is a group of terrorists always coming and going, which in my opinion, would be a step in the wrong direction according to the goals we are trying to accomplish out here.
So, as you know, while the Independent Miners Guild cannot allow you to purchase our vessels from Java Station, we also cannot stop you if you purchase those ships from a third party. Some of our ships have been sold to peaceful civilians for a long time, and I'm sure theres probably someone out there who is willing to part with theirs.
Furthermore, we do not consider your group to be hostile towards us, and we would like to maintain that truce and neutrality. If you do manage to find a Spatial, or any other ship from our Civilian line, we will not pursue your group, and we will not consider that purchase grounds for a hostile encounter. We merely cannot allow your group to come all the way our here, and land on our base, to purchase them.
I do hope that this response does not effect the stance or opinion you and your group have with us.
