Doc, it is good to talk with you once again, I only wish it could be under better circumstances. I hope all is well with you and Midori, of course, but today my topic is less then joyous. As I was keeping watch outside Cadiz tonight in my gunboat, the Sicarii, one of your ships, an IMG Battlecruiser under the command of one Kashiwaba Tomoe, came flying up, obviously intent on docking at the station. Now, this is probably the first time I have ever encountered one of the servants of Eris in such a massive combat vessel, and I must admit, I was somewhat taken aback. I asked what this ship was doing, and the captain told me he was stopping for supplies on his way to Theta. Now Cadiz, being so close to Theta, a quick jump through Omega 41, I decided to ask him not to dock on our bases and proceed to Theta. He seemed to agree and headed off. I trust the TAZ from our many fruitful encounters, so when I received word from the docking control at Crete that a TAZ IMG Battlecruiser under the name of Kashiwaba Tomoe, had just come through docking control, I was to say the least, shocked. I proceeded directly to Crete, once there, I told docking control to let the ship proceed to return to orbit. I questioned the Capitan of the ship about why he had disregarded my orders, and he responded by telling me I had to learn the geography of Gamma better, and learn better diplomacy skills. If your pilots think I am stupid, they will find out they are much mistaken. I understand that it is possible to get from Omega 5 to Theta using jump holes, but it is much more direct to go from 5 to 41 to Theta, bypassing Gamma, our most secure of systems. Your pilot seemed intent on disobeying both the word, and the intent of my request. Yes, I am aware that it was not directly against Corsair law for a Zoner capital ship to dock on Corsair bases, but something about this ship didn't feel right to me, and I made a request of the Captain. It was ignored, and then the Captain insulted me when confronted.
Doc, please keep this pilot out of Corsair space, or I will destroy the ship myself.
With having rejoined the Council of Elders, I find myself spending less time out on Mindelo and Gran Canaria, but hopefully I will make it out soon, and I can dine with Midori and yourself.

Hola, Senor,
It has been some time since we last spoke. I do thank you for asking about Midori. She is well for a woman who is three months along now so we have much to look forward to.
For now, to the point. When I read about this, the only thing I could think of was when Commander Matok took his Fearless into Omega 5 some time ago and how disastrous that turned out. I am glad we didn't have a repeat of that. I will shoulder some of the blame for this as we have a lot of new people on our roster and haven't really done anything to mention those "unwritten" rules we have such as not flying cruisers into Corsair space.
Shortly after this report, I pulled Kashiwaba Tomoe into my office and spoke to him at length about it. He now understands that the Corsairs do NOT like non-Zoner cruisers or bigger ships in their space. I also explained to him that little, if anything, would have been said if he had not landed on Crete. He left with the understanding not to do this again. He also understands that should he violate Corsair space in such fashion again that I won't be able to help him.
You may wish to correct me on this though. I did tell him that if he must pass through Omega 5 to make it a transit from jump hole to jump hole and stay away from Cadiz. I have found myself doing that, especially when I go from Omega 5 to Omega 11 as there are less rads to fly through this way.
I am also sending you a secure transmission with some other info. I do hope this is the last chat we have regarding such a matter.
