Pre service information:
Born to Zoner parents on Freeport 11, magnus spent most of his child hood on survy vessels as well as the odd mobile freeport. Both his parents where deep space physisists and so he was quickly fast tracked into a scientific teaching track inorder to carry on the family tradition (The Bytus family being able to trace its roots back to the Britonia, where the original James bytus was one of the Astrophysics specialists assigned to developing spacecraft technology for the initial exploration).

At the age of 12 the gunboat him and his parents where traveling on was ambushed by a nomad assault force. Rather than just destroying the ship, the nomad vessels disabled it. Shortly after the ship became disabled, members of the crew seemed to goo into a waking sleep, suiting up and literally walking out the air lock into the hands of the nomads. Having been locking into an escape pod by his parents, Magnus had to watch in horror as they calmly suited up with a smile on thier face, before walking out the airlock, never to be seen again.

When the Order task force arrived to assist, the only remains of the fight where the wreackage of the Gunboat and Magnus' escape pod. Since he was confirmed ot be orphaned, Magnus was taken into care by the order, after he insisted that they train him to make sure that this never happened to anyone else.

Training:
magnus had already proven himself an expert in techniccal skills as most Zoner children do, due ot the need for everyone to assist aboard ship, and thanks to the tutalige of his parents, he also had an astonishing grasp of both contremary and theoretical physics. As such, he was assigned to the scientific division on Lisbon station and Toledo, where he continued his learning until the age of 18. During this time he managed to aquire accepted Diploma's in astrophysics, Quantum physics, nanotechnology and quite oddly biomechanical engineering.

Psycological evaluation:
Having his parents ripped away from him by the nomads at a young age has left several deep scares in Magnus' Psyche, and it has actually lead to a slight sociopathical tendancy. Although usually he displays traits of a normal person, with no emotional or psycological anomalies, during times of intense stress or operations of high importance he tends to shift to an alternate persona he himself has dubbed Ghost. Ghost seems to lack all emotional expression, and is both cynical and driven to complete his goals by any and all means.This has lead to several instances of Ghost breaking usual order etiquette, usually when dealing with those deemed traitors, or captured prisoners.

Service record: After spending one year as an official member of the Toledo science team in charge of prototype technologies, Magnus transfered at the age of 17 to the active combat roster, where he quickly distinguished himself as a commendable pilot fully ready to follow orders without question. After two years of slowly raising through the ranks he obtained the Rank of Captain and was assigned to the Order recon and research cruiser Kuk, who's science team was headed by Dr Hibiki, his old mentor in Astrophysics. After vollenteering for project "Cameleon" (Classified) Ghost was also assigned to the special ops ground and space station division, specialising in Cloak and Dagger infiltration and assault.

Current ships:
The Kuk, an Order recon and research cruiser named after the egyptian God of Darkness and Chaos. He has also been known to pilot a Bastet class fighter.

Personal equipment:
"Vengance" Custom neutrino plasma pistol:
The Vengance plasma pistol is a prototype weapon Magnus aquired during his work in the R&D department. Using a special neutrino condensor this pistol is capable of long term usage without the need to reload with plasma bolt packs, only requiring recharging for the condenser and heating system to create the plasma bolt.

"Chaos" Personal computer system:
A standard hand helm computer system that has been modified with both standard and enhanced decryption and hacking equipment, due to his place on the Spec ops teams this hardware comes with the job, allowing the spec ops agents to gain access to almost anywhere in the universe if need be.

"Ghostbreath" Mass driver sniper rifle:
Another standard piece of equipment for the Spec ops teams, the Ghostbreath fires solid crystaline titanium slugs cloated in a iron based gel polymer. The slug is accelerated along the barrel via magnetic force, accelerating to Mach 1.5 by the time it leaves the barrel, thankfully, since it uses magnetic acceleration thier is little or no kick back, and due ot the speed of the projectile, the target is usally dead before they hear anything. the lack of direct energy emission or the use of gunpower also eliminates muzzle flash.

Project Cameleon

Project Cameleon was initiated after the end of the First nomad war, and stems from additional research into the Osiris and nomad cloaking technologies. The neccessity for crack covert ops specialist to eliminate high ranking infected statemen within the houses lead to several attempts to create a personal cloaking system. Eventually it was found total cloaking was impossible on such a small scale, however, it was found that a shimmer distortion field could be created, which helped to blend the user into the background, but failed to completely mask thier presence. additional research found that since the emmitter systems for this technology where no where near as large as true cloak, they could easilly be grafted into the skin of the user, intergrated into thier nevous system and neural net. Combied with augmented ocular perception and concentration from other cerbiral implants, combined with the current special ops equipment, a Cameleon agent could act alone for long periods of time to track and remove a single target with significantly less risk than standard Spec ops agents. Due to the experimental nature of this technology, each agent is equipt with a failsafe in the form of a greygoo bomb intergrated into several bones. If captured during a mission the agent has the option to activate the failsafe, releasing several million nanobots into thier blood stream, these nanobots literally tear the agent apart from the inside out in moments, allowing the agents to make the ultimate sacrifice for thier comrades. All Cameleon prjoect subjects where Vollenteers due to the experimental nature of the project, and their choice to take part was noted with commendation in thier files.
