Personally, my favourite DOOM game is Ultimate DOOM. But that's just me. I haven't finished all of them yet, but I'm working on it.

Doom II was epic, and hard. I have Doom II, Doom III and D3:RoE.

I borrowed Doom 3:RoE from a friend for Xbox. Fun game.
