You must provide the video clips or photographs.
He will put them together in a way that will make even the most mundane situations seem exciting, and the exciting situations into galaxy-wide blockbusters. He will even provide the soundtrack and perform all necessary editing.
The costs will be approximately 20 million credits per 30 seconds of video, but that is negotiable.

The exact price is negotiable. I'd probably be willing to do work for my first customer at a significantly discounted rate.
There is a link in my communications signature with a video. The fact that the quality is not optimal is primarily due to low-quality video-recording. If provided with high-quality footage, I can produce a reasonably high-quality video.
