I am competent with Photoshop and profficient with Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas software.
As mentioned in the comment I can provide Signatures, Avatars and Videos for any occasion.
I have access to various talented voice actors and stock soundtracks and footage.

Costings:
Faction Manual: 90-100 million credits (Hey they are a pain in the ass to create!)
Misc Video: We'll talk credits when we discuss the video.
Signature: 5 million per sig (depending on complexity, could be cheaper!)
Avatar: 2 Million (of course various deals can be discussed)
