It's a bloody fish. Looks like an Osiris and a Bretonian Destroyer got it on.

I can see the shape of the Lib dread in there, but it really does come off as the bastard child of an Osiris and a Dunkirk. Or perhaps the same of a Lib Dread, Dunkirk, and Lux Liner (Cortez must be an interesting place to be).
The fishy-ness mostly comes from how it tapers off like the Siege Cruiser does- that ship dodges being labeled "fish cannon" because of it's unique "head", while the dreadnought avoids it by maintaining it's length throughout the ship and keeping its fins less pronounced than what you have there. Since the LABC lacks a funky cannon to make it's head un-fishy, the dreadnought is probably where to look for inspiration... but make it too much like the dread and it might as well be a resized version of it.
It's not an easy task, and I'm sure that in modeling this you've learned a lot of stuff that doesn't look right. If you want to keep working at it, I'd suggest removing the arches and resizing the fins, then adjusting the "balance" of the ship until it no longer looks like a fish.
