I had this idea in mind. Suppose you are a corsair elder, and you are about to face a big attack on Crete. You want to call every Corsair available (online) for assistance. Of course, system chat gets a few, but many corsairs are in the omegas and such, and it's difficult to get them by PM.
So what this /calltoarms command would do is this-
Corsair elder- /calltoarms corsair password All hermanos and amigos arise! Crete is under attack!
All people with corsair and corsair guard IDs get a message "All hermanos and amigos arise! Crete is under attack!-Corsair leadership"
So, how about it? could be useful for many factions.

You wouldnt want everyone using it really. Makes little sense.
Well the command would only work for certain character names anyway, in theory - why would you need to use a password AS WELL as the server checking your character name?
/fi <faction identifier such as Corsair| or Benitez. or whatever>
/g All hermanos and amigos arise! Crete is under attack!
Allready implemented, works, doesn't put extra work on Cannon's already overburdened plate, nor on the admins to adminstrate the right for using the command, allows people to accept or not accept the call to arms, so cuts down on comms-spam, and can not easily be abused.
You guys really should think more on what benefits there are for the server and the community vs the workload imposed on Cannon and the Admins, before proposing new features.
