[color=#000000]Hello your Majesty, House of Commons, and the House of Lords
I come to you today to officially ask for your cooperation in a peace talk. I am not a member of the Kusari government nor a citizen.
My organization was established to attempt to find peaceful resolutions to every conflict that is currently occurring. If you are not currently ready for these talks the SRF does understand and would like to know what it would take to get the Bretonian government and Armed Forces to the talking table.
Also we would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our aid ship the SRF|Helping.Hand which will be operating in and around the front lines, please keep in mind that vessel is a aid ship and its armament is only for protection.
Thank You and we look forward to hearing from you.

To the esteemed representatives of the Sirius Relief Foundation,
The Bretonian Government is of course desirous of a swift and peaceful resolution to the Tau War conflict that has caused so great a loss to all parties involved. Naturally, however, we cannot consider any peace settlement until the Kusari Shogunate agree to ending their illegal occupation of Upper Leeds space and begin a full withdrawl of their invading forces from Tau 31 and all other Bretonian star systems. Understandably we will not sign any peace treaty that leaves our citizens on Stokes or Harris under the oppressive jackboot of foreign occupation, given Kusari's poor record on human rights and the treatment of women in particular. However, as the warlike intentions of the Kusari Shogunate have been made clear to all by their proposterous attempts to claim sovereignty over the Leeds system and their massacres of civilians on Stokes and Glasgow in an attempt to enforce their rule, I fear there is little hope of dissuading them from their imperialist ambitions until our brave Bretonian Armed Forces have dealt them a decisive defeat and pushed them back from our house space by force.
In the meantime, you are welcome to continue your relief efforts in and around our house space - however, please be aware that we cannot guarentee the safety of your vessels in conflict zones and that you should apply for a special humanitarian aid license from the BPA if you wish for exemptions to our regular blockades of civilian traffic.
Yours faithfully,
Lord Charles Canning
9th Earl of Malmesbury
Foreign Secretary of Bretonia
