Seiji could hear her humming a tune to herself, a pleasant melody, though he couldn't quite figure out what it was.
"So you-" began to call out to her, turning around, "You ever-argh!" he cried out, startled,
Amy was drying her hair with a towel, literally two to three feet in front of him, which was odd because he hadn't heard her move up behind him.
"What?" she questioned, the shower water dripping off her body,
"Umm, I was-" Seiji began again, trying desperately to keep eye contact with her,
She lunged forward, he saw a glimpse of what seemed like purple in her eyes before he glued them shut, feeling her kissing him.
He could feel most of the blood evacuating his brain to move elsewhere, feeling her tongue inside his mouth. Wait, was that a tongue? He tried to pull away, but his body refused to move, he heard a womans voice in his head, commanding he relaxed. Against his will, he obeyed.
The world went black and he collapsed, feeling something in his throat. Amy simply returned to her feet and began dressing herself. Without works or tech she summoned her men, ordering Seiji's body taken to her ship...
The bar was pleasant, lighting was warm and dim, presenting a comfortable place to drink in peace, or with friends. Must have been at half capacity, with a few groups of people scattered about, eating light food or chatting.
His name was Kazuki Dazai, and he was a Naval Forces Pilot. Granted he was out of uniform, Amy could tell, she could feel it, the grief he was trying to drown.
Amy approached Kazuki, taking a seat beside him. He hadn't noticed her arrival, rolling his glass on the side of the bar, watching the liquid in the bottom move in an almost trance-like state.
She was inside his thoughts, seeing what he saw, feeling what he felt. He had lost a loved one, someone close to him. Kazuki had been present at the time, in service, and had seen the Blood Dragon fighter take out his brother. Amy saw it too, she saw how he thought, the history up to this moment.
His superiors had given him a few days leave, and Kazuki was considering returning at all.
"You can't drown your troubles" Amy spoke, drawing his attention, "Troubles are very good at swimming" she said casually.
Kazuki lifted his head up and looked towards his right, spotting a beautiful looking woman who tried to initiate a conversation with him. But the tremendous sorrow he felt couldn't be healed by some primitive sense of arousal.
"That may be so, but at least in a couple of more drinks I won't be able to feel it." He quietly said to Amy as he sunk another shot of sake down his throat.
[color=#993399]"Feeling is an important part of being human, don't you think?"
Amy's creative responses somehow motivated Kazuki to become more talkative.
"Depends on the situation..." He said with a depressive tone.
"Well, don't you feel curious to know my name? Don't you feel obliged to buy a girl a drink?"
Kazuki raised his left eye-brow, he was genuinely surprised of her interest in him. He wanted to dedicate this night in the memory of his lost friend, but there was something about this mysterious woman, her aura that dragged his attention towards her.
"Well... what is your name then?" He asked as he snapped his fingers, signaling the bartender to get him one of those red-cherry drinks he knew all women liked.
"Amy, my name is Amy" she smiled sweetly, "And yes, I do like cherry"
Kazuki tried to smile back to the best of his abilities. "Nice to meet you Amy, so tell me, where are you from exactly?"
"It doesn't really matter" Amy flicked her eyelashes "I'm just another stranger in the night.."
"Heh... well, my name is Kazuki in case you wondered." He said, feeling a little bit more comfortable.
"Nice to meet you" Amy checked out her surroundings, "How about we go somewhere a little more interesting?"
Kazuki was thrown off guard, he was not ready for such a intimate question.
"W-well... I... erm."
Amy giggled at his insecurity and grabbed his hand. "Come on now." She said playfully.
Amy dragged him by his arm, hooking it around her own.
"Where do you want to go then?" she asked innocently enough, the tones of her voice a melody to Kazuki's ears,
"Not a clue, I wasn't planning to leave the bar" he smiled,
"Alright, I know just the place" Amy led him away, towards a set of steps.
She led him up through the shopping district to a large set of industrial gates, to which she disappeared into. Kazuki paused a moment, sweeping his hand over a small pistol under his jacket.
If this was some kind of trap, he was ready for it. Kazuki felt like he should have just walked away, but something about her made him feel like she was important, not just any girl... she was special.
He slipped through the gates and glanced around in the darkness, seeing the shape of what appeared to be a small building. Large flood lights illuminated the surrounding area, making the building hard to make out clearly.
Approaching it, he found his feet eventually connect with some metal plating, sloping upwards, a ramp of sorts.
Soon enough he passed the lights and lowered his hand, his eyes adjusting to the new surroundings.
Kazuki was inside the back of a Freighter, some kind of cargo ship. He was standing in the area where the cargo would be offloaded, a number of small crates were bound to the walls and floor.
"Isn't this much nicer?" Amy whispered soothingly, appearing almost from nowhere.
Kazuki smiled with fading confidence, moving his hand behind his back, gripping his gun. Amy continued her movement, approaching him with an eerie aura.
"Look, Amy, I don't think-" He began, as she pounced,
He attempted to push her away, as her lips locked with his. This wasn't right, he didn't feel good at all. Kazuki's attempts to fumble for his gun were lost. His body was numb, he wasn't breathing, or was he?
Something was moving inside his mouth, was that her tongue?
The paraysis took control, he felt warm, really warm... and tired... the inside of the freighter darkened, disappearing into the fog, which was rapidly filling his vision as he blacked out. He saw only the eyes of Amy as she released him from her grip.
While many others were on a parties, patrols , and having fun, Aaliyah Miyuki who felt in the depression because of lack of attention, was alone onboard the Battleship Matsumoto's hangar fixing the thruster on her ship, which was damaged becouse of the events she has been on recently.
It was nice and warm place where she could enjoy in silence, without anybody's presence.
Because of her lack of attention when she was young, Aaliyah never used to talk to much and was drawn into herself.
Sometimes she could hear some crazy noises, or the presence of somebody.
Aaliyah often felt useless, even regarding her advantages and contributions for the KNF she wouldn't get promoted like any other women`s who are threated like crap.
While she was still repairing her ship , this time she was not halucinating but the voice appeared in background for real.
" Hello Miyuki " - a voice appeard in the background, after which Miyuki turned for few times until she finally looked at the old fashioned women who was at the doors of hangar staring at her.
Amy stepped forward and bowed to politely to Miyuki,
"I am Captain Michiba, it is a pleasure to meet you" Amy spoke,
Miyuki returned the bow, a confused look on her face,
"Konnichiwa, with all due respect Captain, I have a question"
"Ask away" Amy smiled,
"How did you get the rank of Captain?" Miyuki asked innocently enough "I didn't think women were allowed such promotions"
"We're not, I was specially assigned to this position as there was no one else suitable" Amy replied, inspecting the ship, "Great work on the ship, though the Afterburners need recalibrating"
"Thank you" Miyuki bowed again, "What position is it you speak of, where a woman can have a position of command?"
"I am one of the commanding officers of the Hanta-Iseijin, based out of Tohoku, you may have heard of it, and when you're quite done asking questions, I'd like to get to the point of my visit"
Miyuki bowed a third time, a look of apology on her face,
"I came to see you Miyuki, because your skills are wasted on mundane patrols. I'm giving you a choice to leave this position and work as part of my wing" Amy smiled,
She knew that Miyuki would know fight it, she would accept Amy's offer, because Amy had removed all doubt and reasoning against it.
"Thank you Captain! I don't know what to say!" Miyuki bowed a forth time, smiling enthusiastically,
"I'll send you contact details, if you're interested, come visit Heaven's Gate, I've already cleared your ship's codes for landing"
Amy bowed and turned away, Miyuki returned to work on her ship, busily trying to get it space-worthy.
It has been a day since Amy visited Miyuki, as the situation became more and more interesting to her.
Finally on the day after she came back from the assigment, Miyuki launched her vessel and headed to the Tohoku system.
Her insufficient knowledge didn't allow any of her doubts to suspect Amy's invitation.
When she finally made it through, Miyuki was amused of the Tohoku's traffic becouse there was nobody else around then the magnificent floating rock in front of her.
Because of the Amy's impressions, Miyuki proceeded to the Arch without any hesitation.
At her approach, Miyuki was excited of the foundation of something such as the Arch, but kinda afraid aswell because she had no clue what was she putting herself into.
At her arrival, she has lost the control of her vessel when she has been granted the docking procedure and automatically beein led in.
Getting inside the Arch was the most magnificant thing in her life, aswell as exiting her ship in such an enviroment. It was pretty much weird for her because all of them people weren't talking, but communicating via mindshare which was unthinkable for her.
After passing few corridors with desire to find out her location, Miyuki's try to talk with one of them failed.
Her neck became very painful by a blow , when she finally hit the floor and felt unconscious , right before her vision became very blurry and could hear thousand of voices, that sounded like kilometers away.
