I would almost take the 1st with the eyes of the 3rd.
Could you give it some wave effects, like a flag with some wind.
Also you could break one of the bull's horn.

This isnt really my request but hey Im in sails too;)
Firstly, could ya break off the right horn like in Grimly's sig and Waratah's avatar?
And Im not sure which one I like better but I think Im leaning more towards the second one. But try breaking the horn on both.
All in all, nice work.
