I was de-activating Discovery 4.85 to check another mod and see the options in Discovery Single Player etc. Did not change any of the options. I try reactivating it and it says - This was only a test run, no files have been changed only decompressed - I cant activate it through anywhere. Re installed it and FLMM a few times but nothing.
1-Deactivate Discovery Mod (if it says files needs to be decompressed, click ok andd let it be - it will reboot)
2- Close FLMM and re-install it (don't unistall it, just re-install it)
3- Ctrl+R (yes, again)
4- Reinstall again (don't uninstall it)
5- See if you can now activate it
No it says its decompressed, its a test run and files arent changed. Causing real problems this is, allfor the sake of deactivating... Its the part of FL I hate, mods, and getting them to work lol.

Your best chance is probably uninstalling Freelancer completely (make sure the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer directory is FULLY DELETED), and reinstalling it and THEN activate Discovery.
