The ZA has been reviewing the evidence you have submitted involving the latest FP1 incident. Based on what we have seen, we see no clear violations within the NFZ itself.

Sure, we see names of Corsairs but we don't see them in relation to location of the base itself.
We see the destruction of Ensign Keevan by Conchita Lopez but where was he in relation to the base at the time?
By the time Charles M. Burns arrived, things were finished and by his own account, could see nothing of the reported violations.

The only violation we could find in all of this was B.A.S.F. Autoarch for firing within the NFZ. A warning will be issued.
Conchita Lopez, without further evidence of where in relation to FP1 is to where the skirmish between her and Ensign Keevan took place, is guilt of nothing more than being an antagonist which in and of itself is no crime.

Lord Canning, I know this isn't the result you wanted but based on the evidence, these are our findings. If you present more evidence then we will reconsider.
