I have a friend that has a problem with his Discovery Freelancer, He has uninstalled FL, re-inmstalled FL, unistallled Disco, every single thing ! and he cannot connect to any White server, Firewall is off, AV is off, and we just need help.
And please dont say "re-install Everything" .. we have triyed that 2 Times already.

You sure he's not trying to connect to the Discovery Freelancer RP 24/7 server? If that server has 198 players or over, it'll kick you for trying to nick admin slots when you try and get to the character select screen, and you get that message.
Sounds like my problem with old vista, which WAS sp2 tho. I solved it by installing win vista x64 SP1. I tried some other solutions, as it seems to be some sort of DirectX incompatibility, but they all failed to work.
What is your AV? The Anti-virus is just turned off for the time you play the game? If it's one of those that don't work with FL, just turning it off temporarily won't work. You may need to uninstall a part of it.
