This is Major Hunter. After working out my problems and being berated by two AIs for getting drunk, I am returning to active duty alcohol free.
As to the reason I took a temp leave, I await the decison of what happens, as I did screw up badly and not do anything would look bad on you all.
And I really dont need the order to lok any worse. I'll take the punishment like a man and I await your decison for what happens to me for this, and I qoute Admiral Staite, "Borderline treason".
Hello Order High command, this is Andrew Shepard on-board the Apollo. I have heard from my Zoner contacts that You have changed your Operation Parameters, and i Need to ask for a few things:
1. Docking Rights at Omicron minor
2. Rights to fly in Omicron 92, to research the derelict nomad hive
My Ship is a Corvo Cruiser, Flying with a Researcher ID and Zoner IFF.
The Order was very helpfull in my time of need, which was assistance with a Navigation Problem we encountered in Omicron 92. We lost Most Critical Systems when a Nomad EMP went off, frying most of our Equipment. After Launching a Distress Call, a few Order vessels assisted me in getting me and my crew out of 92, and assisted in repairs at Minor.
I would hope future interactions such as this one can continue.

Andrew reads the transmission, he frowns I would have thought you have heard of me before. Ive done quite alot of Research on the Daam K'Vosh and there Creation, the Nomads. One of your Science Division People Contacted me a few Standard hours ago. i belive the Transponder ID was OSD|Ithica. But i cant be sure, my memory Is fuzzy. He asked for some info on Nomad Engine Technology, both FTL and conventional Drives. As this is not our area of expertise, we could not be THAT much help, but we gave him/her what info we knew. As he talks, There is a bit of offscreen Communication. Sorry, i will have to make this quick, we are having problems with our New defencive weapon system AI subroutine. Minor Is a real usefull system, as its Placing is perfect for refit missions in the Outer Systems. Having to detour Minor could present a challenge and would require us to strech food supplies to reach a Freeport and restock. In the background, a Alarm sounds Crap. Sorry, have to go. Shepard out.

According to several of our personnel, your ship (and, by proxy, you) have been witnessed dealing with the LSF and, apparently, have been spending a large portion of your time in Liberty space. Background reports on your crew also suggested that you knowingly have an LSF officer working onboard your ship."

The so called "dealing" With the LSF are purely for Searching my ship for anything violating the agreement i have with Liberty to fly in their Space. We Have been in liberty recenty to restock on Equipment, as our Suppliers are growing weary of flying out to Omicron Theta. I Understand you are not particularly Pleased that i have a LSF officer onboard, but She is a Old Friend of mine, and i trust her, Plus Its good to have a Second Person who has been Trained by the military. Incase we find Nomads/wild in uncharted Systems. So, i have made a few changes to my Request. They are as followed:
1. Dock with The planet only in Emergencies(ion-storms, Critical Damage to systems, exetera)
2. We Are going to be researching the Kusari Wild, for a Paper on Nomad Infections. The only way to do this with current flying rights is flying thru Minor>Omicron-92>Tohoku
3. Unrestricted Access to Minor(not Docking) The reason for this is the Alien Jumpgate. Its the only Fully functional Jumpgate that we know of, and would like to study it further.
For Request 1, i will ask a Order Primary fleet Operative for permission to dock, or if no Primary fleet member is avaliable, a secondary Fleet Operative. I will attempt to keep a 2KM+ Distance from Planet Toledo, unless Permission to Land has been granted. I am also Offering to Pay a 5 million Credit Fee for a Landing Pad on a Desolate Part of Toledo, so the LSF officer onboard will not have a chance to look at all your Stuff while the Ion-Storms Pass/Repairs can be made.
For Request 2/3, i am fine with someone escorting my ship thru Omicron-92, as to keep me from deviating and going to Research that Nomad hive.
