Cartel ZOI

This is a start on the Cartel's ZOI Map, i'll be updating it as i get it done an cleaned up.

Remember, anything not in Red is not a Cartel-Influenced area, so don't start shouting at me "You can't go there!" and keep in mind this is a Work In Progress.

Do NOT Metagame this, for this is purely OOC and those who are not part of Cartel cannot use this map to their advantage. -_- We are watching j00...

Anyways tell me what you think sofar and suggestions for improvements (i'm using Paint.net...It's better than the regular old paint program.:D)

Methinks the background needs to be changed for something clearer... That datastorm one isn't exactly brilliant quality.

EDIT: And erm... I assume you'll only be smuggling through Kusari, not pirating... Right?

Ewwww, JPG blurring. Not as bad as if it was Paint, but still. PNG, please.

Alex: Well for one this was the best image i could find and use for Discovery Map.:(Second, we do some Mild Piracy in Kyushu (Mostly it was against CR and Traders with Ore ), but the rest of Kusari we just normally smuggle and escort.

Thexare: As i said, this was the best i could find.:(i'm still learning the ropes of this and as i said, it's a WIP, but i will try to fix the blurring in my next version.
