Well, Mollies are Mollies. We’re revolutionaries.
If someone is an “ex-Molly,” that means they’ve left us, our cause, and the fight that we’re trying so hard to win. We don't have a lot of people as it is, and we need all the help we can get to push back the Corsairs, BAF, BMM, and Kusarians at the same time. Thusly, anyone leaving the Mollies would be a sore blow.
Now. Figure out how Mollies would treat these "ex-Mollies."
I very highly suggest that you narrow your scope quite a bit. You seem to be biting off waaay more than you can chew right now. Pick one house to operate in to start & make sure it works before you start setting your sights on the other houses. Based on the basic info you've provided thus far, you would not only have the mollys gunning after you, but also the Gaians. Now, being that both traditional Bretonian unlawful groups would have a reason to kick your group in the teeth, that about snuffs out your plans for Bretonia for now.

Our services to the neutral factions: (//see our diplomacy below to see who are neutral)
-Assasinating someone.
If someone needs to be secretly killed you can ask us to kill him and we shall hunt him. Our payments for assasinating someone is like this: If its someone of the authorities or the goverment you want to have assasinated(//someone whos member of "Any" player-faction) It will be "Politicly stance"(//ingame rank) x $100.000 = The amount you pay. (//quick oorp example: You want me to kill a rank 50 guy from the [LN] then its 50x100.000=5mill) And this amount is paid in 2 pieces. Half of the total amount you need to pay before the kill(for supplies and stuff), other half when the kill has been made. So for example someones death costs 5 mill you pay 2.5 mill before the kill, 2.5 mill after the kill.
If its just a freelancer you want assasinated, we do it exact the same way but instead of x100.000 its: x75.000
Notice: We "dont" assasinate the following factions: Liberty Rogues, Mollys, Lane Hackers, Hogosha, Corsairs, Order, Council, CR, Red Hessians, SCRA.
-Escorting anyone.
We escort anyone for 200k per system travled(way back NOT counted). And if an (//player)attack accurs its+500k bonuspayment.
(//Notice: We escort smuglers anywhere exept in: Kusari. (Cardamine smugglers we also dont escort in the tau systems)
Notice: We only escort lawfulls in/Through Kusari space)
-Selling coords
Also we sell coordinations/locations of bases, jumpholes, jumpgates, ship/weaponry sell places and people who can hack your reputations. Information like this will cost 100k. Before the money transfer the Dark Order member has to check if he has the coordinations himself. If he does, he gets the payment first then he gives the location.
-Spying
We can spy apon your enemies if you wish. For example you wish us to spy in 2 systems away, we go there without any costs for travel. When we are in the system, we get paid 1 milion credits per Hour (//5 minues). And if we get any info, it shall be passed on to your. Spyionage is an dangerous task.
-Figh-Support
For a contribute of 1 milion credits we can provide you with a fighting-support. We can "help" you with a fight, but we will not do all the fighting for you.
Notice: We shall not fight our other neutral-contacts.
Notice: Sometimes, if its for example 5 navy vs 1 or 2 rogues: We might help out anyway to maintain our neutrality.

Need another kind of service? Suggest them to the Dark Order member and he and you can come to a price, an agreement etc. The services above are our official services.

Assasination:
Requests are available for everyone and we will assasinate everyone(exept the ones listened above), and in rp we just place evidence that its work of another faction. Or nothing, so they might suspect their enemies. We atleast never get caught. We assasinate someone only when hes alone.
Escorts:
-We escort smuglers anywhere exept in: Kusari. (Cardamine smugglers we also dont escort in the tau systems)
-We only escort lawfulls in/Through Kusari space

Fight support:
If 2 unfriendly targets are fighting, highest bidder will have us fight their enemies.

Depends of the service. We "dont" show hostility to our neutral factions in public. )

We use an mercery id and affiliation just becasue it fits our ways best. Later we hope to get a own ID with an own base so we can do more "underground/evil" things then just the things mercenary ID gives. And at this moment we have as ZoI everywhere exept the order/nomad systems. We have no home, we go where the work brings us.

At the moment we only use Zoner, Civilian and Codename weaponry. And ships we use are:

-This is the trial rank you get when you just joined in. You get 2 weeks the time to prove yourself "Assasin Worthy". Meaning that you RP good, just as you fight good. Doesnt need to be super good, but you dont need to be an easy to kill target. Training is given if needed. Once you compleeted it with succes you become an Assasin.
Allowed ships: Stinger, Charon, Kingfisher, Marauder, Moldy Crow.
Allowed Services: Escorting, selling coords of bases/systems, fight-support
Some rules:
1: Dont accept higher offers of money, the target is the target no matter how much he pays.
2: Respect the Ships/weapon/services your allowed
3: Respect server rules
4: Obey your higher rank ofcourse.
5: Do not take jobs against the order.
6: Do not dock on bases where you are unfriendly at in RP.

What do ya people think of this? Its sortof an entire different idea with the same base of assasins (everyone forget the first post and concentrate on this one now) i think this looks good right? We chose a side. Equipment and ships. We dont got it that complicated.
Any changes need to be made? Tell me then i can update it. And yes, i still need a RP story but dont remind me of it cause it will come soon. But first the out of game things so i know in the end what to place in the story ^^

This isnt just a merc group. This is an underground assasins group working for the unlawfulls/underground. We are more then just "who pays higher?"

If you're going for proper English please change the "word" spyionage to espionage. Also it might be a good idea to go into exactly how "spying" can benefit the customer.
