is a bomber classed as a fighter. so that i can have a xenos bomber.

I don't think that ANY I.D actually specifies that bombers are allowed.

So, yes, I think it should be okay. However, a Xeno might have trouble acquiring a bomber.

if xenos aren't allowed to fly super very heavy fighter (and any cap ship) then they can't fly bombers too since bombers are stronger and more expensive ship then super VHF.

biggest that xenos can fly carrying their ID is VHF.
