Katashi and Ren need a new ship. Funds are limited - in RP and in-game - so I'm trying to find a two-seat fighter. Collector shows one person, but it sure looks like a two-seater...but I'm still trying to figure out if the Junkers are still gonna like them. Any other options? Anything up to freighters in size/class. Can't be Liberty-bought or affiliated, and can't be BHG or Bretonian. Can - maybe - be Gallic, but that would severely limit where they could go 'till they can afford something bigger. (like the Brigands freighter, obvious two-seater...but couldn't venture very far in it due to rules limitations if I'm understanding it correctly). Their goal is to be leaving Gallia, after all. So far, possibilities I've come up with are:
If they're still Junkers:
Collector
Recycler
CSF
If they're not:
Spatial
Brigands freighter (too bad it'd limit them so much, because appearance-wise it's perfect)
Drone (eww, but plenty of space behind that bubble, and has windows indicating some small living space)
Pelican (not too expensive or huge)
Also...I hate the Homeworld ships. Opinions? Ships I can add to the list, or that I should take off? Any of those IMG ships two-seaters? Not always easy to tell...also, if somebody who knows can help me understand the Junkers' relationship with Gallia, I'd appreciate it. The Wiki and rumors in-game make it seem like they're a necessary evil, selling paltry bits of info for exorbitant fees...but I don't think it's quite that simple.
Well, as per my understanding you've basically got the junkers in Gallia correct. They are kind of like evil, manipulative zoners. Like zoners they primarily care about maintaining their own power and in some cases, wealth, but instead of doing it by being nice to everyone and giving them stuff for free, they do it more by blackmailing everyone and being paid up with the right people. Oh, and many want to be a part of high society in Gallia instead of separate, though I think most lean towards staying away from the populated areas, though it really is somewhat hard to tell without the Gallic core worlds.
As for a two seater, the IMG bomber is a two seater. Im not sire what all your restrictions are though as I am not familar with the RP. For instance I dont know why a dromedary wouldnt work for them other than the cockpit looks a little small, though i think you could easily get away with, "the pilot sits up front, navigator behind".
But if you are involved in Gallia, it might be best to go junker ship.
