Trader F1ed to Gunboat

This is my first time reporting a law violation, so im not sure if Ive put it in the right place....

I was taxing Harris in my Garrick_Drake pirate character. I dont pirate fellow pirates, so I diddnt go after Libertenes. I attempted to extort cash out of Weasel...he immediately f1ed, and switched characters to a Rheinland Gunboat right there.

Was my price too high? Perhaps, I was seeing what I could get away with, it was my first time pirating solo at Harris.... but as I have used that route myself I know full well that you can make that ammount in around 3 minutes.
Ive traded, Ive payed tax in my time, Ive also used my wits to evade other pirates in a lawful way. Why cant these people read the rules? :rtfm:
