I do belive it is not your call. The permission was already granted and the request to this channel for the paperwork made by Admiral Hobart of the BAF.

And you'd be mistaken, it most certainly is my call, as is any decision regarding the presence of foreign warships entering Bretonia. MI5 handles all national security threats, that is our jurisdiction, and foreign warships entering Bretonia falls under that category. Even Admiral Hobart knows that.

If you were truly on top of things, you would have known we already recived permission directly. The entire reason this is here is because he wanted paperwork. And last i checked, it is your Armed forces that protect, not the intellegence section.
Also, Our colony ship is not a warship. One would think the "intellegence" branch head would know this. Wile it is true it carrys heavy defencive capabilities, it is no more a warship than one of your "percheron" class transports.

And why is it you think he told you to have your request put in a written form here? Precisely for the reason that it wasn't his sole responsibility.
The Bretonian Admiralty Board is tasked with the defense of Bretonia from foreign threats. Our intelligence service decides who is and is not a threat, and who may be granted exceptions to the current protocols.
And an armed warship is not an exception. I don't care if you try to call it a mobile colony, it's not, and we both know that. It's armed more heavily than the house's battleships, except Rheinland's. Armed ships of that size and firepower are not allowed through Bretonia without heavy guard.
If you want to challenge this decision, send your grievances to the Prime Minister.

If it is not his sole responsibility, then it is not yours to claim, either. A shared responsibility is just that. You contradict yourself. I shall abide by Admiral hobarts desicion, which GRANTED said request. Until you show me a LEGTIMATE claim that your authoroty supercedes his, we will remain with his decision, as he seems to be the one defending bretonia against its main threat, and not the intellegence division.
This is not a decralation of war or any some such, but merely a legitimate response.

Shared responsibility means we both have our own areas of responsibility. The Armed Forces involves destroying those designated enemies to Bretonia and protecting our assets from attack. Our Intelligence Services responsibility involves deciding who and what qualifies as a threat or enemy, and other, less violent duties.
When it comes to your situation, the Intelligence service has jurisdiction. The Armed Forces is then responsible for the enforcement of the decision. Added to that, Admiral Hobart has not had access to a connection to the NeuralNet for nearly a month. That leaves me with two views; First, you either lied about getting his permission, or the second, that you contacted him directly while he was in one of his vessels. Even if you are speaking the truth, and he did contact you, he then told you to put your request here. The reasons for that I have already stated. The fact that he has not yet come in to speak in your defense only reinforces that knowledge.
My decision stands, and if you are found entering Bretonia with a Juggernaut, you'll be expelled back the way you came from, or arrested if you refuse. You were given our decision, and have been warned.
