- Military/Police
- Bounty Hunters
- Trader ships that do not pay for passage
- Unfriendly pirates
7.11 Owners of Terrirst IDs have a right to attack:
- Trader ships that do not pay for passage
- Everyone else
7.12 Trader ships are: freighters, utility ships, miner, transports, trains.
Pirates and terrorists have a right to deal as much damage as they see fit before demanding money, but killing trader ship before demanding money is not allowed.
Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.
ok this is a weird type of situation
it deals with Mon'Star. i run into a lot of traders and due to the restrictions above and against my RP i have to for the most part ignore them. now if you know my little psychopathic killer Mon'Star he's likely to shoot at anything which should include traders. BUT Mon'Star isn't in it for money or fame he kills people because it makes him laugh, and that's really the only reason. He harbors no resentment toward anyone in particular or hold a grudge against a certain group like normal terrorist. he kills just to kill in others words.
so in order for me to shoot at traders i have to ask for money? no. that goes against my RP
but
i have to not engage traders because i have to ask for money? no. that goes against my RP
The rules are the rules mate. Unfortunately for you, RP or not, you cannot go around killing traders for the fun of it. Not sure if your looking for a consensus that says go ahead PVP to your hearts desire, but I dont think you'll find it here. Just my humble opinion.

..well, that's an interesting question, Dreygon. Personally, I'd say you can kill them, but you have to be selective in who you kill. Only kill one in every three traders, since if you kill them all there won't be anybody making money. I say we add a clause to the ID that states that you can do essentially everything that fits to your RP, as long as it's within reason, in this case killing traders selectively.

There is one way that will let you kill them everytime, just ask for ridiculous amount that no trader would ever pay, then when they refuse, bye bye trader.

Quote: Price: 900000 - Terrorist ID
Pilot carrying this ID is a terrorist. Terrorist ID owners can attack any lawful and most unlawful ships at will and participate in military operations on unlawful side. Terrorist ID owners are not allowed to ally with lawful forces and demand cargo from traders.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
Thats your ID Dreygon, reading through it says you DO NOT pirate. You are infact not allowed to ask for money.
So I would just say you are going to kill them. ID's descriptions appear to be ambiguous and another thing to be
adrressed.

My thinking you could engage traders if they are given ample warning (ie. by your taughts). And since not desiring the cargo, perhaps not using a CD. Means in most cases being ineffective at finishing them, but would allow you the opportunity to terrorize them. However, this does look like too much of a can of worms in that some players would use this approach as an excuse to attack traders and take things too far:unsure:.
The terrorist ID is a large responsibility, and one to be taken seriously, as basically those who have earned
one actually have the right to attack just about anything without warning.
Doing that repeatedly to all and sundry could make you a HUGE target for reprisals. Attack at will, but be
sensible in your ID's continual use.
Your RP is as a terrorist isn't it ? Act like one then ...
