We have recently acquired the footage of two Outcast Battleships attacking Freeport 4 in Magellan. A station which is supposed to be supplying both Mactan and Montezuma, directly or not. Coincidence had it, a strange Barghest flew by, squawking Outcast ID codes.

Two Sarissa class battleships have commenced firing today both on Freeport 4 itself and convoys travelling through the surrounding area. The extent of the damage to the station is yet to be estimated by the IMG, however it is clear that the attack may cause disruptions of the flow of basic supplies like Food, Oxygen or Pharmaceuticals - not even talking about the extra goodies normally available off the shelf.

I understand that you have been having issues with Outcast ships that went out of control in the past. Either way, it might be useful to decide how to proceed - together - with informing the Maltese. I'm currently considering such measures as placing an irresistible bounty on the two ships, plus making sure this won't happen again by escorting any Outcast capital ship out of the system, or disassembling it. That has yet to be consulted with our Senior Professor.

It seems you managed to get to Freeport 4 without being told about the no-fire-zone of the IMG or the no-go-close-to-liberty-in-capitals-zone of the Rogues. I guess it could only happen because of the good timing - the bomber-decks were loud of snoring than.

So, seems a bit late, but I'll inform you. You got too close to both zones. And no matter how unlikely it seems in the light of recent events, there -are- people who not just aware but even respect the will of their associates and neighbors. Like us.

And you had reasons. It's reassuring to hear that you not just shoot ships on your captains whim. But it can be also helpful to state your reasons to the locals when operating outside of Outcast territories -prior- to going there and discombobulating stuff. They can just reply 'NO' to you, and you will not get surprised when a swarm of... -questions- appear.

Greetings, I'm Sol-badguy
Well i was in Magellan because last night i was in connecticut to fight with someone (LNS-.....-Split, StripesDefense and LNS-Delusion can confirm this)
At way back, in Magellan I spooted Reaver.Archiver. He told my that smuggler has insulted outcasts.
I not shooted in him because I not saw he insult somebody but i shooted in freeport because is IMG base. I shoot in all enemy bases. So I dont care about damage produced at Freeport

EDIT: Oh and I shooted only in Freeport not in any convoy or bounty hunter or anything
