It has taken us a significant amount of time and ...resources?... to get this Gaijin rubbish to work! We had to use up ... um ...talk with... over 20 Ageria pilots in order to get this message to you. So pay attention.

The Farmers Alliance have noted a significant number of Ageria and DSE transports attempting to aid the treacherous GMG in their efforts to further undermine the Kusari Empire and insult the emperor. These Transports are carrying Gate Lane parts to Okinawa in order to construct the Jump Gate to Sigma 19 there. Our Hogosha allies send worrying reports that this infernal device may soon be completed.
As such we must take definitive action.
But , rather than simply increasing our patrols and annihilating any vessels going near okinawa with this cargo , we have come up with a solution that will benefit both yourselves and the Kusari Empire! We will attempt to re-route any vessels with this cargo towards the Hokkaido system, where a similar construction is taking place. The difference being that this construction will expand the Empire rather than devilishley undermine it like those GMG dogs are doing * spit * .
Quite simply put , we demand your co-operation. Any attempts to evade our escort will result in destruction. Any co-operative pilots will be allowed to return to their Gaijin lands. Ship Intact.
Really, we'd rather that you didnt come at all, but since past experience suggests that this is unlikley, we hope that you will co-operate on this. Since in the past we would simply have destroyed your vessels, or demanded large donations, I hope you consider the generosity of this offer.
Of course, once the Gate in Hokkaido is finished, you will be un-welcome in Kusari as you always have been. Let us hope, for my sanity and your safety, that the gate is finished soon.

I can't help but wonder who you are. In any case, Ageira will do it's best to ignore the Farmers Alliance like it has always done.
I wise man once said; 'If you have a pest making a nuiscance, beat it with a stick!' Unfortunately you are the Kusari Empire's pest, not ours, and as such we will not be beating you with sticks. Whether or not the Kusari lawfuls beat you with sticks is of course up to them, but we do hope they would bear sticks against you to protect us, given we are working in their interests while in their space.

The actions Artisian Farmer's Alliance, within Kusari, have long been of no concern to us. Opinions of the AFA are many and varied, and for the longest time it has been considered to be a Kusari internal matter.
And yet, it seems these kabu* are not content? Truly, the Kabu have overstepped the mark this time!
Congratulations Kabu - you have now gained the attention of the GMG. For what it is worth, perhaps the Kabu shall do a better job of annoying us than your Hogosha cousins. I recall the days when they would stage their pathetic raids against our facilities in Okinawa, such pretty lights as they and their Corsair thugs were destroyed by our Paramilitary ships!
But I dont think you are going to be going that far, not yet. Oh no, I suspect you shall be hiding under the Emperor's skirt for some time yet!
And because the Kaba are SO IMPORTANT, I thought you should know of our future plans.
When the gate is open for business, I shall be personally inviting Synth Foods Inc to establish a permanent supply run to Planet Miura. Not only will they be supplying our growing population with as much Synth Paste as we can eat, but I shall be commissioning them to build low-cost dome housing on the Planet. Our mining operations are expanding, and need towns to service them.
Synth Foods will be our strategic partner in all of this - in fact I am considering giving them land on Miura to open up a distribution facility, to better access the Kusari market!
