I downloaded your mod a few days back after a long absence from Freelancer (over 4 years!). I can honestly say that of the FL mods I have played before this one seems to be the best, all of the additions that I have seen look so natural to the game.
I look forward to becoming a part of the community here and many hours worth of gaming to go with this! I do have one slight problem though - whenever I close Freelancer after playing and then go to play it again the normal Microsoft introduction resumes and the main menu shows as ver 4.85 however the Discovery icon is missing, if I then go to multiplayer none of the servers appear via either the internet or LAN options. I have tried to deactivate the mod and restore back ups in FLMM but I get a message that the mod hasn't deactivated properly and recommends that I restore backups (which I do) and then the mod wont reactivate properly. The only way I have found to get round this is to uninstall everything and then reinstall. Does anybody else have this problem? I have added the FLMM log code at the end for info.
Ok, personal message Cannon. He's the man to go to around here in regards to those types of things. Also, if you have any other problems feel free to try someone from this list: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=37389 They'll guide you in the right direction. Have fun and enjoy your stay.
Anyways, what happens to help with practically any kind of Freelancer Discovery stability jiggle is the following routine:
1. Install Freelancer Account Manager so you can save your multiplayer ID(s). You can do so simply be opening the aforementioned program and saying yes to what it asks you.
Also backup SP savegames if you want(they're under My Documents/My Games/etc.).
2. Uninstall Freelancer.
3. Uninstall Freelancer Mod Manager.
4. Delete whatever remains in the Freelancer and Freelancer Mod Manager folders(wherever you installed them to)
5. Delete the Freelancer folder in the "My Documents/My Games/Freelancer" path.
6. Install Freelancer, Freelancer Mod Manager, and activate the latest mod with it.
7. Play (If you find "your" account empty, just go to Freelancer Account Manager and activate the ID that it previously saved.
If this doesn't work(I've never in my life heard of a FL problem that persisted after doing this), please tell me.
If you have any need of help with anything else, drop me a PM or post here.

I have done as Swift recommended and I have run FLMM as an admin but this time it says that the mod activated sucessfully although when I run FL it shows as being ver 4.85 but doesn't show any of the Discovery credentials as stated in my original post. I have to go now as I have a busy day today but I will be back to try again later.
Good deal. Welcome to the server! Avoid [Nemesis], the Keepers, and Mon'star and you're space faring experience will be idea. If you run into them, otherwise, your day may be spent running in fear or turning to space dust.:P
