Alright. I thought it'd be best to tell you chaps that, when we establish a blockade, the blockade is not meant to be ran. When we tell you to go around through Edinburgh we mean it.
Today, ICMG[SL13A]Tokyoite, captained by a Zakuro, ran our blockade. Any more defiance from your faction in Bretonian space will result in an immediate denial of any passage through Bretonian space.

Hello britonians, this is Director Holt from the ICMG, just call me "Mack". well anyway, i've got your transmission about our ships running your blokade... *takes a bite of beef jerky*. we dont mean any harm, none of our shipment go into kusari, its mostly just MOX we bring to dunby station in orkney that we buy in new berlin, and occasionally armored vehicals we bring to your own battleship "Mcduff" in tau 31 in excange for basic supplies. *slows down on his jerky* However i understand why you are cautious with your blockade... I'll talk to the other directors about this issue... mabye we could work somthing out between bretonian armed forces and the ICMG, but we'll see. In the mean time i have taken your words into consideration and i will make sure everyone knows not to run this blockade.... if anyone does it is by their own decision, and they will be dealt with as individuals *takes another bite of beef jerky*. thanks for your time --Mack Holt, ICMG director of defense

Good day, Mack
If the Armed Forces won't even let Zoners pass through the blockade, why would we allow you a different agreement?
No means no. You will use Edinburgh if you want a way around the Blockade. I don't want to be held responsible for pilots being captured or Cargo stolen by the Kusari forces.
Also, no. They will be dealt with as part of your company. Not as individuals.
very well then, i have no choice but to accept your conditions... and by the way we are not a mere company... sorry for your troubles, we want to maintain a freindly presence with as many people as possible. --Mack Holt, ICMG Director of defense
as a second not about your denieing the zoners... we will have you know, virtually every thing going to the ICMG stays and is used within the ICMG, with the exeption onf niobium ore and armored vihicals... the zoners might however ship to a (kusari-supporting) faction, we do not.
and one more thing, our miner "zakuro" of the tokyoite is in fact, not a man, and feels slightly insulted. we wish you correct your reports to include the proper gender of zakuro.
