I'd like to formulate an agreement with Liberty as a whole. In recent past, I've made requests for my pilots to be returned to me upon request. I make these requests with peace in mind. And I am always willing to pay any fines for their troubles.

I have always sought out and willingly returned your pilots whenever I've encountered them. I only ask the same be done with my pilots. I am always willing to depart Liberty space upon receiving my pilots. And I have always avoided conflict with authorities.

Wars and such do not have to be without civility. Repatriation is a historical tradition shared by many cultures. Please. Let us continue this historical tradition.

I'm sorry to hear this. As for firing on navy, police, LSF, et al. Too bad there's no way to determine who initiated these. All I can say is I've had to "defend" myself on many occasions.

I seriously doubt you'll find pirates like myself who are willing to conduct prisoner transfers and avoid conflict. Se la vi, whatever will be will be. Look for my retirement announcement to follow.
