Hello this is captain Wilson and i would like to request the use of the Rouge gunboat for use in and around the house of liberty.
I am currently using a Freelancer Affiliation and ID and want access to more and better technology and i saw the rouge gunboat and its weapons to be a wise choice.
I plan to use it to assist Liberty rouges and its allies and Pirate its enemy's and would greatly appreciate if i am able to use it.
