Not quite sure where this went but since I've been using Windows 7, it's screwed up my Freelancer ingameness....meaning, I have text randomly disappearing and so on.

Does it fix (temporarily, at least) when you change screen resolution and then change it back?

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.

Does it happen on equipment dock/commodities?
Inventory?

Sounds like the same problem I had running on my integrated graphics after my GFX sploded.

In game workaround is opening the chatbox, or letting a tooltip popup if you're playing offline.

Other than that, I've got no idea. I just got a new GFX card:P
