Cannot See GC Server

Hey, Sorry about this:
I can see other servers, just not the GC one; here's a screen:

I've tried the shortcut with :
-s87.72.218.93:2302
and
-s87.72.29.113:2302
and without any I.P in the shortcut.
Do I just have to wait for something to update, or should I submit my IP to someone?
