Communique to the Order personnel

[The Republic Of Liberty]

Order personnel:

In the recent weeks, you organization has been seen stirring up trouble in our territories resulting in engagements with the LSF and the Navy multiple times. First the TCG starting to operate within restricted space, then Order primary fleet pilots venturing into Liberty core systems on a sightseeing trip, plus some lone Order ships spotted in restricted space, and a few moments ago, one of your capital ships opening fire on a Navy cruiser patrol. We came to the conclusion that this cannot go on anymore. Measures taken against the Order are as follow:

Any Order vessels seen within Liberty space will be:

Ordered to leave our space if close to our borders and not judged as dangerous by present authorities (i.e. Trade ships)
Destroyed on sight by present authorities
Placed on a bounty board if said ships has/have escaped from the authorities*

*Can only be issued by Navy admiralty or LSF command directorate.

This notice is effective immediately. Navy and LSF will be tasked to uphold these regulations. All order ships are affected by this; there are no exceptions.
