My name is Max Hagen. I'm a citizen of Rheinland and recently I got myself the papers to become an independent mercenary. You see, my family has some history serving in the Rheinland Military but I wanted to do something different while still be able to fight to protect my home. Not to mention that it would be hard for you to handle me in there.

Anyway... I need some help. My old ship needs some new equipment; two turrets to be more precise. I know that my grandfather was working in the construction of the... new R7-s series. What I am asking you is two R7-s "Firekiss" Rheinland Plasma Turret Mk II. I can even contribute to the war effort by donating some supplimentary credits.

Of course, I will not take any actions against the people of Rheinland... the good ones, that is. So, this is all. I hope you will consider my request and I'm waiting you to meet me on Bonn Station if you want. We can talk about the amount of credits that you want me to pay for the two turrets.

Sehr geehrter Herr Max Hagen,

We have recieved (twice) your request and came to a conclusion in your matter.

Rheinland Military High Command grants you the right to mount and use 2 (two) R7-s "Firekiss" Rheinland Plasma Mk II Turrets.

By obtaining these turrets you automatically signed the following clause:

1. The Rheinland Military always reserves the right to withdraw and seize the granted equipment if RMHC sees fit for this action.
   
2. You will NEVER work for any Libertonian corporation, Navy, Police or any other Libertonian affiliated organization or corporation.
   
3. You will NEVER work for any corporation, organization or house Rheinland is at war with.
   
4. You will obey all Rheinland articles within the Rheinland laws and obey any order given by either the Rheinland Federal Police or the Rheinland Military.

Guten Abend,

I agree to these terms, ja. There is in no way I could turn against Rheinland. When can I buy them from one of your men? I don't think that the old transmitters from my ship are still on the same frequency with the Guard Bases of the Military.
