H- hi, there. My n- name's Suzume. A... you s- seem to be p- pretty well in t- touch with each o- other. I g- guess you p- probably alr- ready know who I a- am.
If you d- don't, though... I'm a J- Junker... sorta. M- mostly. A- anyways... I'm emp- ploying a bunch of other Junkers. They c- call thems- selves the Scuttlers. I th- think they just p- picked it out of a h- hat, act- tually...
A- anyways... I w- was hop- ping I c- could rent one of the big sh- shipyards at Vieques for a personal proj- ject.
I... I a- asked some of y- your people ab- bout it, and th- they s- said I c- could... b- but I w- want to m- make sure. A- and t- talk ab- bout wh- what you'd w- want, too...
Um... c- could you l- let me know? Thanks!
B- bye for now.

As a Junker you would be welcome at Rochester. I would like to know a little more about this "special project" though. Please contact me privately and tell me about it.

Oh... um... a- actually... I'd k- kinda rather st- stay at Arecib- bo, if you don't m- mind...
I mean... my sh- ship isn't ent- tirely leg- gal in Liberty... it's legal outs- side it, but... I m- mean, they don't like Rheinlandic sh- ships much...
But the Tiger Shark's re- really n- nice... and... um... I m- mean, I'm not ent- tirely sure it was Rep- publican that was selling it, but...
... A- anyways... ok- kay. I'll get in t- touch you you priv- vately.
B- bye for now.

Well, I've told you privately what I think of your plan. I don't think you are telling me everything. Especially when my technicians tell me how much your little "plan" will cost compared to what we could do for you. While I do believe there is something you are not telling me there is an even greater difficulty with your request.
Vieques is not quite as big as most people would think. We do ok taking care of the Congress vessels that come through and even the occasional friend that needs quick repairs. However, Vieques is currently being utilized to construct a barge class transport vessel that will be the new mobile HQ for the Junker Congress. We still have some space available but it is very limited. Even high ranking Congressmen are having to place their vessels in que and wait for space to make their repairs and upgrades. I wish there is more I could do for you, but that's the shape we are in at the moment.

S- sorry it took me s- so long to g- get back to y- you... I w- was a- actually trying to g- get in t- touch with you in sp- space.
O- one of your Cong- gressmen said th- that'd be imp- possible for a wh- while, though. Luc- cius, or s- someone l- like th- that.
So h- here we are ag- gain. I c- came up with an id- dea that m- might work. Y-... you're making a B- Barge, you s- said? I've a- actually never s- seen one of those bef- fore... I've h- heard of them, th- though. S- someone I once kn- knew saw o- one way o- out in the Om- mega syst- tems once. Aren't they l- like these r- really huge, v- vulnerab- ble ships?
Anyw- ways... I th- think m- maybe... if you w- wanted... we c- could help you. I m- mean... we d- don't have m- money or anyth- thing to g- give you, but we d- do have manp- power. W- we can't give you st- stuff, but we c- can move stuff you alr- ready have. W- we can p- prolly get some old t- trash for you to m- melt down or s- something...
I m- mean, I don't kn- know. I r- really don't know h- how you n- need help, really...
B- but we'll h- help you howev- ver we c- can. If you r- really want, you c- can even h- have some say in the... p- project, I g- guess.
B- but in ret- turn, you'll l- let us use o- one of Vieq- ques' shipy- yards aft- ter you're done w- with your headqu- quarters thing.
I-... is that ok- kay?

I've tried to spell this out as best I can and you just aren't getting it. I don't like your project. Whatever it is you found out there should be left exactly where you found it. There is a very bad omen in space right now. A bad storm is coming. If you think a big ship will make you safe you could not be farther from the truth. What will make you safe is working with us so we can look out for each other. We Junkers are going to need to go back to our roots and do what we do best. That is lay low and stay out of sight. Flying a big warship (Yes, I know you don't plan to use it for that, but as my good friend Thomas Aquinas said, "such as a thing is such is its act.") will only attract attention towards the Junkers that I'd rather not have. Such attention will put my people in danger and that will make me very unhappy. Are we understanding each other a little better now?
