Hello bretonia and possibly her majesty. RDA will probably aquire some Ryuujin Trains for transportation and the like, and we wondered if you would permit us to move through bretonia while in such a vessel.
These vessels will never be used for smuggling, or aiding the war effort on either side. Now we do ofcourse have other ways to get to rheinland and the like, but bretonia offers a major shortcut.
So what im asking is:
When we do get the Kusari trains may we pass through bretonia?
Jim Young,
CEO of the Resource Development and distribution Administration
Your request is granted on the following conditions:
1. Your ships travel empty.
2. You travel via Tau 31 and Edinburgh to Leeds, avoiding the path along the Stokes trade lane in Kusari-held Leeds.
3. You inform BAF Officers on duty at the time of your passage.
4. These ships are not used to travel back to Kusari from Bretonia carrying any cargo at any point for the duration of the war.

That gives certain complications. Travelling empty will not produce any necessary funds for the usage of these ships. We need to be able to carry our own mined Niobium ore from Tau-23 and out to New Berlin and Rheinland.
Would this be possible? Ofcourse no additional wares would be brought through bretonia.

Very well, you may carry your single shipment of niobium from Tau 23, providing that you proceed under BAF escort, do not at any point enter Kusari-held space and that this is a one-off trip only.
