Get someone in game to look and see what tag you are showing. Most of the time you will have a tag from a faction you haven't encountered. If that's what it is, all you have to do is droprep till you get the one you want.
Yea, Its probably Invisible Rep Problem. Basically, Right now you have IFF of a faction that you haven't seen yet, so the Flashing +0.9 Rep is not on your Rep Sheet. I'd say just go ahead and /droprep, but just to make sure you wont be victim of an unknown bug, to make sure, You can ask someone to see what your IFF is, and if no ones around, you can go to another account and make a new char, do a /restart kusari, then go on your GB and F1 it in front of New Tokyo. The Ship will stay there for 1 min, So You'll have enough time to switch account and undock with your CSV to see what your IFF is.
