I don't believe we have ever met, do allow me to introduce myself. I am Victor Cross, current chief executive officer of Omicron Supply Industries. I am contacting you for two reasons. The first being to inquire about if there is possibility for OSI to supply Atka Research Station. The second is about an odd rumor that has gained my attention over the past few months. I've found some company documents that state Mr Nichols was and outside director on Cryer's board. Mr Nichols' death came as a surprise to the company and as such many deals he made were lost or forgotten. I look forward to speaking with you Mr Cryer, I find your companies work very interesting.
Hello Mr Cross. Sorry, Mr Cryer is unavailable at the moment. I'm Tim Mulholland, senior director of borderworlds development strategy and emerging markets.
I'll deal with your points as they came:
For the first: Yes, there is every possibility for OSI to supply Atka Research Station. Zoner convoys are the most reliable hauliers of sundries in the area, and OSI has the best track record of the various outfits. You may buy and sell on Atka tariff-free provided your IFFs are in order, your ships pass health and safety tests and you abide by the regulations of the station (available on request.)
The second: Due to the vagaries of borderworld space, we had listed Mr Nichols as MIA. We feared but did not assume the worst. If you are his successor at the company I should think there is some scope for arrangements to be made; we should set up some meetings.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Mulholland

I didn't expect such a swift response. I will contact Atka's command staff to begin processing supply shipments to the station within the hour.
As for our other matter, I am indeed Mr Nichols successor. Mr Nichols was lost late last year to an unknown group. As he founded the company and ran the day to day operations himself many things were lost with him. I understand that Cryer has an office on Denver in the Colorado system; which is on my route to the Yukon system to inspect our new office on Freeport 14. Would this be a good place to meet?
Excellent news. Our company is indeed based on Denver, and it is the location of most of our executive and the board. We have hundreds of hospitality suites should you wish to begin talks.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Mulholland
