Greetings,
I'm normally pretty laid back about things but when one of my people sends me reports of some of your officers taking up residence on Gran Canaria and then having the nerve to tell him "not to start any trouble," I'm not going to sit and do nothing.
This BPA)Kiriko.Hidimari and some of his friends, Alice Techler, Leonardo Ramirez and a Shizuma Sakuragi have all been seen numerous times. Mr. Hidimari made the comment "not to start trouble" to Captain Michael Vincent, Commander of the Moonstone. That man is there by my order as he looks after my interest and part of his job is to find out what people are doing in 49. Traders are obvious but we question the intentions of others. Being the amount of threats my wife gets because she is from Kusari, we trust no one out there.
I ask that Mr. Hidimari be reminded that Omega 49 is Zoner space and is recognized as such in the Port Jackson Accords which I signed into agreement some time ago. As it is Zoner space, he and his companions are subject to Zoner law and that while he may be a police officer in Bretonia, he is NOT one in Omega 49. He was also recruiting in our space. I would appreciate it if he would do it elsewhere.
I might also suggest he be a bit more selective of his friends, namely, Mr. Ramirez: Bounty
Lastly, if he intends on staying, he will have change his citizenship. The exception to this are the refugees at Port Jackson. Some choose to leave because of it but that's there business. I hope there will be no more on this matter.
I would firstly like to formally appologise for any and all feelings that may have been felt during my stay on Gran Carinara, I had never been to this wonderful system before in my life and did not realise Zoner's owned it nor do I ever remember speaking to a zoner during my stay. not wishing to use this as an excuse I would like the oppertunity to meet the offended in person aboard their vessel and properly appologise to them.
I would secondly like to say that the Clytemnestra changed her ship registration to suit my job requirements, once inside Omega 49 I am in no way on duty, nor do I wish to be, i have no intention of patroling, policing or any other such activities in conjunction with the Bretonia Police authority.. such a beautiful place does not deserve to be spoiled by gunfire
Thirdly my life has been less than pleasent during its course... its a long story that I not only dont want to relive... but do not want to bore you with either... i will be willing to tell you the whole tale in person if you so wish.
You may or may not understand the amount of comments and jeers i get day to day because of my heritage... if it wasnt for a private Bretonian company which is now gone, I would be dead... both sides Kusari and Bretonia still make comments and heavy handed suggestions about my motives... but i have been offered this chance to finnaly prove i am not like the rest of my people... and just before I thought of ending my life once and for all a man by the name Leonardo Ramirez reached out and pulled me up from my despair, him alice and shizuma have given me the chance to see my 15th ... no longer do I find myself sleeping under the shadows of the battleship derby... after a while i was offered a room in his house on Gran Carinara... can you blame me for not wanting to stay in such a wonderful place.. with such friendly and wonderful people i wouldnt give up Leo-nii Ali-nee or Shi-nee for anything, they are my family.
as for accusations of recruiting in omega 49 this is completely false... as i have already said, the only reason I fly in omega 49 is to get home... I go from the Dublin jumphole to the planet, and back in the morning.

Konnichiwa, Miss Hidimari,
I do thank you for your response. You in fact already did meet the person bothered, the captain of the Moonstone, Captain Michael Vincent. If you are staying out there then you will most likely see more of him as you will myself and my own wife, Midori.
Do understand, we haven't always had the best relationship with house authorities and we all too well remember what happened with Planet Erie out in Liberty. We found it, settled it and Liberty took it so we get a bit defensive now as to not let that happen again. Captain Vincent is quite bitter about it himself.
Perhaps we can meet over a drink and smooth things over. I'm sure we have many tales to tell, good and bad. I'm sure you and my wife, Midori, will get along rather well as she is from Honshu.
*the voice of a very young Kusarian girl is heard, she speaks cheefully*
konnichiwa Holliday-san!
um... im sorry if caused any trouble for you or the other Zoner-san's ... I didnt mean anything bad... me and Cly had just come of duty and I think i may have been a little touchy...
