Health of body and spirit, Master Rossini, or to the Neo-Terran who might transcribe this message.
We trust that the Sector has been kind to you.
However, there are, of course, matters which we would like to discuss with you. Matters which may benefit both of our people and matters, which, to be frank, need to be dealt with lest our stagnation render us incapable of burgeoning.
The Arch Bishop Ryodan's Vicar sought you out some four days past, and it was by his word that he relayed your wishes for us to speak. By your words, it was told that you would speak and the Enclave would listen. As the Creator would intend, from the blackness, wisdom would be projected.
However, none have been received.
It is your wishes that are this wisdom, and it is your communion which we seek. We have not received an outward desire for this meeting and so now we come to you in hopes to mirror the ideal.
It was said by the Master Rossini that his preference was to meet in person, so our question is simple.

Greetings. I hope that things are faring well for the Virulian Enclave, and the Virulian Council itself. Unfortunately, we have been bombarded with various issues recently, and many, many, more important matters have fallen to the periphery in an effort to cut down on the ever growing list of small problems that have been causing headaches for the Front.
Though the Executive Commander's busy schedule means he is often unavailable, a meeting on the 5th of June 818, at 3pm at a location of the Virulian Enclave's choosing is a possibility.
Once again, apologies for the delayed response. I hope that we can finally bring this to a resolution after remaining unanswered for so long.
Robert Crompton
Commander, Neo Terran Front
Similar to your situation, time was needed for the Council to deliberate.
It would be ideal to hold the meeting outside of Gran Canaria in the Omega-49 star system. The Vicar of the Arch Bishop Ryodan informs us that your organization has an object of interest nearby, pending its removal prior to this message, and it would provide an opportunity for the transmission of the object to your home following the meeting. This is, of course, assuming you have not already removed the object from Gran Canaria's vicinity.
This, we have found, would be the most efficient means of meeting; providing safe ground upon which to hold communion as well as allowing for the transport of your research item.
