Guten Morgen Gentlemen,
let us get under way shall we. First call of business I would like to enquire about the whereabouts of the current postings of both The Most Honourable Marquess of Arundel and His Grace the Duke of Arundel. It is of quite some need for such information to be known in addition to the possiblity of making contact with either individual. Lady Lafiel Tarrant is most distressed over her inability to contact any members of her family whom are all present service men and women in the forces. At present I believe it would be most beneficial for her health for all information you can disclose to me. If one can not establish current communication it would at the very least alay her fears and distress.
Now gentlemen we come to the second port of call for business this day. This is regarding your gentleman Mister Holt. Here at the Embassy we like to run a tight and efficient ship. Now I ask you what kind of stupidity is this sending a member of our armed forces to take a guard post of the ambassadorial ship without any prior consultation with the Embassy and its staff. I have a report here from Captain Hammond that quite a stir was caused when a Rheinland Militar patrol found Holt at the border and contacted the Embassy only to find no authorised Armed Forces Vessels to be inbound. I will not tolerate such stupidity on a foreign mission all personel shall follow the apropriate proccedures this means informing and consulting this embassy should military pilots feel the need to approach Rheinland sovereign space or when reassignment of said personel has taken place. Such an indulgence of the disregard of standard proccedures will not be tolerated.
We now come to the final call for business on this day the Countess has seen fit to suggest to the military high command that a rotation of the armed forces contingent guarding the embassy planet side and on the ambassadorial vessel the Albion with people that are on the front lines every month. This will allow soldiers on the front to take a momentary rest in the calmer environment of the Embassy. This will be left unto your discretion for the rotation of men from your end.

DESTINATION: Countess, Ambassador to Rheinland
RE: Request of temporary Secondment to Diplomatic Corps and temporary relief of Interdiction Wing Duties. Holt, Captain - HMS-Orwell.
MESSAGE READS********
Permission was granted for temporary reassignment from my command. (stop) However permissions were to remain with Diplomatic Service. (stop) It seems that a mis-communication occurred due to the nature of the orders. (stop)
The Interdiction Wing served to give permission to the Officer in question for secondment to Diplomatic Duty, but expected the Diplomatic Service to handle matters from there. (stop) Seems someone, somewhere, dropped the poodle. (stop)
